ORIGINAL 1 Star: This is such a petty interaction but I placed an order directly through their website. I picked up my order & I drove off. I opened my cookie bag and there's chocolate chip cookies instead of Red velvet which is what I ordered. I called in and was told "they are out of stock" I said ok but it allowed me to order them on the website, she said "after we saw your order we put them out of stock" once again OK but why didn't any one advise me of this instead of giving me something I didn't request? I asked for a refund for the amount of the cookies and was told to "request it through doordash." I said I did not place my order on doordash, I did it directly through their website. I was then told to give them my number and the manager would call me back. I gave my number and clarified he would call me back tonight to which the cashier on the phone replied yes then RIGHT before we hung up she snuck in a "hopefully." Like what? I'm like wait no let's not play those type of games I need a direct answer. She then tells me well idk because "we're busy." Mind you all of her responses were quick, snappy and cut throat. WHY AND HOW WHEN IT IS YOUR ERROR? I wasn't rude I was talking calmly (until the "hopefully" part) Their was no empathy or ownership for their mistake. The amount of unprofessionalism I just experienced is beyond my comprehension over $2.59 cookies. Wow. Needless to say if I dont get the phone call I'm disputing with my bank. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PULL OFF⚠️

Read morecant speak for the food but i can speak for horrid customer service received from the black women who had to be in her 20’s. not only was she rude but she lied. me and my party called the store to ask if they were open inside. when i asked she would barely let me finish speaking before she repeatedly said “ no, no , no ma’am”. i stopped talking because she was clearly so earger to speak. she said to get in to the drive thru line to order. we wait in line for 15-20mins since its a small shop, i assume they didn’t have that many employees at the time, but we didn’t mind. when we get to the window she says “pick up?” i said no, we just spoke on the phone you told us to get in line to order. now she’s saying that thats not true and that you can only pick up at the window. that i would of had to order on the phone..? when she just told me on the phone that she would take my order at the window! it was 40 mins until closing when we got there and about 10 mins until closing when she said this at the window. sounds like a employee was too lazy too work right, or she was most likely high from the way she presented herself. truely disgusting behavior, as a black women im asking, how can people support the black community when this is what we receive? this type of behavior is unacceptable, and this information will be shared so other’s don’t have to experience what me and my friends went through while just trying to...
Read moreGreat food my families go to for Friday pizza night , the only reason didn't get 5 stars is for customer service. Anyone who has a toddler knows how picky their eating habbits are. On our first visit the cashier witnessed my toddlers meltdown over pepperoni, Cashier was EXTREMELY understanding and calmed her down by letting my daughter know she will only do just cheese on 2 slices just for her. That made my daughter happy and every Friday the cashier knew EXACTLY how we liked it made. Large pepperoni. With just cheese on 2 of the slices. That all ended 3 months ago when she no longer worked there. Now everytime I request Just cheese on 2 of the slices, you would think I was asking for brain surgery to be performed. Every one says we can't make it like that ..... To thats against our policy..... To we not allowed we can only to half and half..... CRAZY right???? how hard is it not to put pepperoni on only 2 slices LOL...... I decided to chalk it up and just take them off of 2 slices for my daughter.... And/or just buy a small cheese just for my daughter... Until I visited another location and made the special request and they did it NO QUESTIONS ASK!!! It just shows how each location is different and how just little simple things some do to make thier customers happy.....
