Attempted to pick up a mobile order and had the worst experience. Will not be returning to this location. The staff was rude when I went in to pick up my order that apparently didn't go through properly despite giving me a mobile receipt. Even though I had a receipt on the SK app with the store's address and everything, I was treated like I had the wrong location, like it was just my problem, etc. The woman was talking across the room to me instead of taking a moment to walk up to where I was and speak to me. I could not hear her. I had to walk around the counter just to be able to understand what she was saying. They were continuing to assist other people, despite the fact that I had ordered a whole 20 minutes earlier. I feel like a whole hour long lunch break was wasted just trying to get someone to help me with my order, and it took about 15-20 minutes for anyone to actually do anything other than ignore me or have me show them the same receipt and re-explain my issue. By the time one of them got on the phone with someone, no idea who because no one was properly communicating to me, I had to leave or I would have been late...
   Read moreVery bad experience, placed an in app order for three smoothie, decided to go through the drive thru being I had a toddler in tow. Waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru before deciding to go inside. Once inside. I waited several more minutes past the time my order should've been completed. I also watched a customer come in, place and receive their order before I received mine. As my order was finally being prepared I asked for a plastic cup for my childs smoothie because as most smoothie kings know children poke holes through styrofoam therefore they automatically place kid size smoothies in plastic. I was told they do not have plastic cups for kids and could not place the smoothie in a bigger plastic cup and could not give me a plastic cup. I asked for a refund on my order because what's the use of paying for a smoothie when it would be wasted. The cashier only refunded the kids smoothie when I wanted the whole order refunded, I just threw my hands up and reluctantly accepted the rest of my order as my toddler cried in wonder of where her smoothie was...visit...

I stood at the register for probably a minute directly in front of the young lady working the register counting their cash tip jar; she could see I was there but she never looked up but yelled out something about how much the last lady left for a tip to her coworker. Then still no eye contact mumbled âwhat can I get for youâ. WhichâŚfine whateverâŚI came here for the smoothie bowl. However the last two times I came to this location they were out of smoothie bowls. Today I decided to ask why? And told her the last two times they were out. She said âtheir açaĂ base is frozen and I just have to come earlier because we usually run out by 4 pm.â This is unacceptable. You close at 9 pm.
