When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, I asked to check it since I ordered all flats and sometimes, places overlook the request- it happens, no biggie. It wasn't all flats and I pulled up my order on the emailed receipt to double check I clicked the button. When I asked about it, an employee (not the one taking care of me), nastily said to me "you only asked for 6 flats and only paid 60 cents. For 15 flats, it's $1.50." She was extremely rude about it, as though I somehow knew and was trying to beat the system. I said "the app doesn't give options for how many wings to change, it said 'make all flats' and 'make all drums', I chose the 'make all flat' option and paid what the website charged. I don't care about paying for the flats, I'll pay the difference, I would just like my order corrected, please." (Who gets a 15 pc mixed order of wings and pays 60 cents to make 6 of them flat?- That doesn't even make sense.) She never responded, just gave a bit of attitude and walked away. The lady who was originally taking care of me was on to the next customer and no one said anything to me for the next 4 or 5 minutes. I finally asked, "is someone going to finish helping me or am I stuck with what I was given because the menu system was incorrect?" At first, no one replied, then the original lady said "hold on". A couple of minutes later, a guy comes from the back (manager, pehaps?) and asks the two ladies what the issue was and the second lady said "she only paid 60 cents for 6 flats, not $1.50" still giving off major attitude. I said again to the man and tried to show him my receipt. I said "all I want is for my order to be corrected, I will pay the extra, but I'm tired of being treated like I did something wrong. Your website gives one option- 'make ALL flat/drum' not a number. How am I supposed to know there's a price difference, I've never been here before?" He takes the container in the back, saying he will fix it. When it is bagged and handed back to me, I get home (less than 3 minutes away) and my cheese fries are soggy from floating in a pool of hot sauce, which they were not doing the first time I checked my order. So the fries I paid $1.50 extra to have cheese sauce put on them had to be thrown out- all because my order was messed up because THEIR system was jacked up, and everyone had an attitude with me for asking for it to be fixed and GLADLY/POLITELY offering to pay whatever difference. Definitely won't be back to their location and will not be utilizing Menufy either. I paid a $1.50 convenience fee to them for the most inconvenient experience. After purchasing one meal alone at $13 +tax, I am totally astonished at the response I received from reporting a problem I experienced with my order. The manager went as far as to blaming me ( not checking my food) for his employees inability to pack my CALL -IN order properly. Although, I am aware that there is always the possibility of errors, It is totally unacceptable for these companies to not hold any accountability for their errors. I personally called the order in ( well In advance), but due to the recent virus threat, was not the one who picked up the order. After going on & on trying to avoid properly rectifying the situation, (such as recooking the entire order/ I could have returned the untouched portion etc) , he only offered to replace the one item continuously repeating “ for free”. A bit agitated, I explained that he would not be providing anything for free as it was already purchased. Additionally, it would end up taking me two trips to get the one item I should have been ensured the first time. A total inconvenience. Lastly, the rest of my food would be cold by the time I came back for the ONE item. The manager ( who may have very well been the owner) failed to rectify things reasonably. As a result he has lost a loyal customer. I did pass on his unacceptable remedy but I did want to share my experience. I totally regret spending apx $15 today & way more considering prior purchases. Read moreSo I come to this location often and never had an issue. Today September 4, 2021 I come in was greated wonderfully... I had called my order in but still had to wait atleast 15mins.. Took my food home which was fish, shrimp, and wings... My 10 year old had the wings and bit down on one and felt pain on her gums lord behold there was a piece of metal inside the chicken wing and it scrubbed her gum and caused it to bleed. When I drove back to the restaurant to inform the manager all he was willing to do was give me $11.00 back that doesn't even cover the taxes for the wing meal I bought. When I asked to be reimbursed for atleast half of my order due to the fact that now I have to go get medical products for my baby gums he said "no and I shouldn't give you what I did we usually only do store credit". This was unexceptable and he acted as if he didn't care what his unprofessional employees had done.
