Starbucks in Kroger — Restaurant in Georgia

I got there and didn't see anyone at the stand. My daughter and I drove 25 out to get drinks. Once I noticed not one at the post I went to customer service. The customer service representative was very helpful. She went upstairs and found a manager. Once the manager was found the barista returned to the post and stated that they had just received a shipment and couldn't make any hot drinks. I ask if cold drinks were available. She made my drink and said there wasn't any whip cream. She then said give her 20 minutes to stock up and she'll be able to make the other drinks for me. I walked around the store with my daughter and mother. We returned sitting down eating and patiently waiting. Customer came in an all waited only to be turned away because now the story had changed. She was now closed and didn't know what time the other barista would come in. Rather than communicate that with me she ignored and continued to stock up. I had to overhear a conversation between her and another employee that she is closed. I wasn't my time there for an hour. This Starbucks is absolutely terrible first they made my drink pourley the refused to my it again then when the girl said she would after I already waited 30 mins had me wait another 30 mins at the counter with my baby crying then when I asked her what’s taking so long she laughed with the other girl and talked about me as if I was standing there then when I asked for a manger they said that the manger wouldn’t be there until Friday and then when I asked for their names especially the one with the big puff and jacket who had no name tag on the lied and laughed and gave me a fake name then the other one came and after she said she just worked there, then said she was the manger. This Kroger Starbucks is the worst. Every time I come in there is a line at the door and plenty people waiting for their orders. They only have two people working. They need 3 -4 people. One person taking orders and the other 3 making the drinks. You have two people working. One taking orders and running to the back to get more supplies and one person making the drinks. It’s ridiculous! The workers are nice and I feel bad for them. The working conditions have to be stressful. Kroger do better!!! Hire more people to work the Starbucks.
