I got there and didn't see anyone at the stand. My daughter and I drove 25 out to get drinks. Once I noticed not one at the post I went to customer service. The customer service representative was very helpful. She went upstairs and found a manager. Once the manager was found the barista returned to the post and stated that they had just received a shipment and couldn't make any hot drinks. I ask if cold drinks were available. She made my drink and said there wasn't any whip cream. She then said give her 20 minutes to stock up and she'll be able to make the other drinks for me. I walked around the store with my daughter and mother. We returned sitting down eating and patiently waiting. Customer came in an all waited only to be turned away because now the story had changed. She was now closed and didn't know what time the other barista would come in. Rather than communicate that with me she ignored and continued to stock up. They need 3 -4 people. One person taking orders and the other 3 making the drinks. You have two people working.
