I have been to this place 2 different times and both times have been the worst experience you can get at a pizza place. The first time, it was just extremely under staffed and the young manager, if you call him a manager, has no business working with people. So I thought I would give it another try, so about 2 weeks ago, I order a pizza, a salad, a pasta bowl, a bread dip thing, (not sure the name, and bread sticks.. The food tracker tells me the food is ready, I head over to the facility, like 10 mins later, my co worker picked up the food, was told the food was not ready, still waiting on the pasta. OK, she waits, she brings back all the food, the salad is missing and the frosting for the desert, cinnamon twists are not in the box, I then take this myself to the facility, I was able to speak with the young manager, who could be my son. Also side not, all the workers in the back, which you can see, no gloves, and guy wiped his hands on his apron then touched his face, then put hands back into the cheese bag, watched all this go down. Spoke with the manager as he called himself. Explained what I was missing, told me he has given all the salads for the day out, told me I did receive my salad, BUT I did not, also never gave the young lady first the receipt. I then explained the icing, he told me that they do not put them in the box because of COVID, so then I asked him, so where is my, I also brought the box to show him, no icing, he again talked about COVID, so I then told him, please listen to yourself, ok I get COVID but if you do not place them in the box where do you put them, because I did not get mine. He told me I can get two if I wanted but it will be $1.60 extra, I told him I already ordered mine, he again said the price and then told me that he was giving me two if I wanted it, I told him, I do not care how many you give me, but at least I get one and I am not paying for any others, he gave me two. He then asked about the salad, gave me the salad, but he knew the dressing, how funny right? also I asked for the receipt, and he told me the young girl did not want it, I said no she did not, so as he walked over to the computer, it happened to be my receipt right on top, still on the machine, funny because he told me that the young lady did not want it. Again this place is run by young kids, food is not good, and service is the worst. My family love Dominos and the one we normally go to is in suwanee and I will tell you this store can not even compare to the Suwanee Dominos, maybe someone...

Okay, I am blown away by the service they proved to have. Domino's not only brought me my correct order at last, but they brought me cookie brownies, soda, and cheesy bread, all free of charge, to make up for everything. Very very pleased now.

Domino's called me personally and told me they would deliver the correct order to me, free of charge (even though I am outside of their delivery area), so I am changing my review to 3 stars. I'm very pleased with the manager that reached out to me and promised to send out the correct order free of charge.

I walked into the store and ordered a GLUTEN-FREE (and I did specify gluten-free) Meatzza, and a large hand-tossed Spinach and Feta pizza. I took the pizzas and returned home to find that I was given a 10" regular (NOT gluten-free) Meatzza, and a large hand-tossed PLAIN cheese pizza. I did not realize the Meatzza was not gluten free until I took a few bites of it and decided it tasted much different than the other gluten-free pizzas I've had. I then proceeded to throw up (I am allergic to gluten). Upon calling this Domino's, I was informed that I would be given free pizzas but would have to pay for delivery. I just ate pizza that I am allergic to and am now throwing up, I don't want to pay for anything and don't think that I should have to as a result of Domino's getting my order wrong. Read moreWe placed an order today at 7:45. We are aware this location is notorious for having problems keeping up, but we figured it’s a Wednesday night—they shouldn’t be too busy tonight so why not. We always order 2 cheese pan pizzas. 7:45pm the order was placed. 9:19pm the website updated saying our order was on the way. We live 1.3 miles from this location so it should have taken maybe 10-15 minutes for it to arrive depending on other deliveries. We watched the delivery driver drive past the side road we live on and then were notified the order was complete. Called the store and they questioned us but then said if the driver still has the pizza then he’ll bring it by after he finished the route. The driver finally shows up at 10:30pm. Almost a full 3 hours after we placed the order.
Now I understand this store has severe staffing issues and problems keeping up with demand. I don’t blame those poor souls making and delivering the pizzas. But can someone from corporate PLEASE just shut it down. Ordering from here takes hours regardless of whether it is delivery or in store pick up.
