Sunday THIEVES AT DOMINO'S DON'T USE CREDIT CARD ONLY CASH FOR SAFETY!! We thought WOW new store down the street from the football field great plus, NOT! The number in Google is incorrect, so I went into the store to see everyone lounging around, approximately 6 employees with nothing to do, 3 sitting around up front and 3 towards the back behind the counter. I asked how everyone was doing and made light conversations. The young lady with the long braids, attending her last year at Westlake High. She offered special 3 topping pizza for $7.99 thought it was a great deal, paid with a credit card. Patiently waited 15 minutes, got our pizza and left. I check my account this morning, š¤¬š¤¬WHAT THE HAM N CHEESEš¤¬š¤¬!! My $8 pizza became a $30 pizza š”š¤¢š°š±š¤Æš¤¬š¤¬. Of course you can't call āļø them it's a wrong number in Google. Drove all the way over there to discuss the situation, nice white lady, only one in the store, remembered my Son and I coming in on Sunday. At first she wasn't sure what she could do for me but made efforts to see if she could pull up my transaction. She was mortified and stated OMG its even worse. I asked what the situation was, she explained now it makes sense why the drawer was short and she paid out of her pocket to fix it. Someone waited till I left and decided to charge a š¤$20 tip for themselves.š²ā¹šš¤š”𤬠Are you kidding meš¤ I asked if it was a Corporate store, she said no Joe Podsen owns this one approx 28 other stores but he doesn't come in nor talk to anyone about any situations and I was not allowed to have his number. She's on two phones talking to the owner's daughter, Courtney Podsen and her managing supervisor on the other line, mind you I'm still standing there in front of her pissed. She has NO EMPATHY or apologies for the situation, said I could come back or wait couple of hours for some to show up. So I said I would just do social media if there wasn't any number to be given nor no one to talk too!! š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬NOT...

I contacted the store and informed them that I would be back to get the CORRECT order and bring the other order back. When I took the order back the clerk, he took it from me and put it back where he pulled my order fromā¦THIS IS MY BIGGEST CONCERN especially with all that is going on now and just overall sanitary purposes. I asked the guy if I could be compensated for a mistake that was obviously theirs, he said that he would take two things off of my order while another person stood there and watched him do something that he could not do, which she told him after he wasted MORE of my time. Then when she took over the conversation she was telling me to go online and say I didnāt get the order so that I could get 50% off of my next order. I was confused as to why someone had to fix the mistake that was made in store and asked her what she could do today and she informed me that she was going to have to call me tomorrow and refund half of my money, of course she did not follow up and I called the store, the person that answered the phone informed me that she could only refund an order the same day. She didnāt know why the person, which I found out was the store manager gave me that information. It was probably because she did not want to deal w/ it. There was no customer service or empathy provided here and obviously no COVID or protocols to keep people safe when orders are returned. All food places that I have EVER returned food to have either told me to not bring it back or had trashed it or identified it as something that should not be given to someone else, but this did not happen here, I am sure that the health department would not be pleased with these practices. He gave me the option I could wait 45 minutes for the driver to bring the soda back or I can choose 1free 2 liter soda and a free medium pizza for the inconvenience. I asked him specifically how long was that offer? He told me anytime, that I just needed to call with my number. So today Monday the 15th of February I called to redeem what was promised to me. I called and asked to speak to Antonio only to be told no one by that name works there when I asked who was the manager on duty I was hung up on. I called back finally got a manager by the name of Jessica who searched the system to say I was only getting credit for a 2 liter soda. At this point for all the unprofessionalism that I received at this location I actually didnāt want food prepared by anyone in there. As a supervisor myself the goal is always retention, we want to retain the customers. She didnāt even try to correct what happen to me as the customer. I understand why this location has a 2 * rating and it probably doesnāt deserve that much. This will be my last time ordering from here.
