Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Worst service I’ve ever gotten from a pizza delivery. Ordered food at 11:15 when the store didn’t close til 12. Checked on the order around midnight and it said it was in the quality check and would be out for delivery soon. We never got the food, we never got a phone call, they just refunded the money and never told us we weren’t going to get our food. We figured out by 12:30 that no delivery was coming and by that time we needed to go to sleep for work the next morning. We tried to call but no one answered because it was past closing. We had to go to bed without eating an actual meal because we didn’t have time to spend to make anything when we both had to be up early, which was the reason for ordering in the first place. This is absolutely repulsive service. The very least they could have done was call to inform us the delivery couldn’t be made and apologized. Instead we waited and waited and no food, information, or apology was given. We will never eat at this location again. We also looked at the delivery status at 12:30 which was still listed at the quality check section, so they never even attempted to deliver the order. I’m not really a fan of micro-aggressions, I’ve been to this location many times, but it seems there is a new staff and manager. I walked in behind three Spanish women. They asked about their order, the lady said it would be 5 mins. Doesn’t ask me anything. I’m waiting and waiting. Three to four minutes later a young lady walks out and asks if anyone is helping me I said no. Not only are they not helping they didn’t even say hello. Mind you there were three people working when I walked in. So once the young Black female helped me, gave me everything, then all of a sudden the Spanish manager with the blue eyes wants to come over and check my receipt. I paid online so of course she thought I must’ve been stealing or whatever. She barely made eye contact and said I wanted to make sure everything was in the bag. You were that helpful but didn’t even acknowledge me? So when I asked is everything ok after the young lady said to her I had everything, she didn’t even, again, look at me and said yes. SO I was reluctant to order from here but I said what the hell..... lol so I places my order at 6:30 and they automatically told me it was going to be a 45 mins wait I was ok with it because we were at least 30 mins away... didn’t mind waiting another fifteen minutes in the car ... so at about 45 mins I go in to pick it up and I’m standing there and they initially skip me and get the client behind me I tell them am I not in line? Big as I am!!! Lmao so then when I proceed to pay my order I ask them hey how much longer on my order!!!!! This fool (cashier) has the nerve to say “we are so busy let me check ..... umm ma’am it hasn’t been made and it’s most likely going to be 45 mins..” boiiiiiii you got to be out your damn mind... 45 mins!!! They had enough staff and people to not be so backed up like that ! Not once was there an apology and asked why was the 45 mins wait told to me on the phone and the pizza still not READY! Just seemed very unprofessional and the female cashier was just sipping her drink at the register like it ain’t nothing ....Ridiculous so i took money elsewhere !!!! Horrible...
