Me and my husband were shopping for mattresses and we popped in to this store. Nancy was our sales rep and she did an amazing job at getting us a new mattress at a great price! She was very informative, very sweet and knowledgeable. They have tons to choose from at various price points and they everything is high quality and brand new. I know when people hear outlet they think low end materials but baby she has mattresses with crushed diamonds embedded in the mattress itself! Nancy literally has it all from massaging beds to spa chairs! The store is very clean and they have refreshments available. There’s even an area in the store for the kids to play while the parents shop for new beds. The Big Mattress Outlet takes a tedious task and makes it an experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They educate you on the mattresses as well as your sleep patterns and best sleep positions for your body. They offer mattresses and pillows I've never even heard of. I usually wake up with horrible neck pain. I was able to get a pillow that has alleviated that pain.

You can tell there was so much attention to detail and thought put into the store. There is a relaxation area with massage chairs. My favorite was the children's play area. I was able to test the products in peace without my children rushing me. They even stocked the bathroom with toiletries in case you have an emergency while shopping.
