Don Arepacho — Restaurant in Georgia

Been here a couple times already. Everytime I come here I have an issue with my order there's always something missing on the order or is either made incorrectly. Once I made a catering order when I go to pick up they say that's what they had and it wasn't complete. Today I had some friends coming over and decided to order food from here. We got 2 "mollejua" burgers. Same exact burger and one of them was just chicken and beef and the other one had everything that the burger is supposed have. But on top of that the chicken is undercooked I guess that they know how unhealthy this is and the issues it can bring for them. Worst part is that I saw this after eating almost half of it. I don't even want my money back I'm just not putting a step on this place anymore. Customer service is AWFUL. I don't care how busy you guys can be this is unacceptable and I just hope I don't have any kind of health issues because of this.

You guys have the potential but this combined with the poor customer service is just too much.

And yes the owner was there working when this order was made. So if this is what I get from the person in charge what can I expect from...

I have to give 2 stars to this place since I had going there 4 times. First time food was good . Nice people. Second time going, I ordered chicken pastelitos and they gave me beef, food still good but the mistake cost one of my family member not to eat since can’t have beef on her diet. Third time going, they were short on food and had only few options, they changed the ladies at front and now customer service is just terrible. Fourth time going, today same ladies attending the place the cashier/cook did not turn over to ask us what was our orden, we waited about 5 minutes for her to help us. There were no one else but us and then her actitud toward us was like we were begging for food instead of buying food, when she handled the food she gave us a dirty look, so disappointed. About location, Difficult to find, we had to ask where it was located because is not easy to be found. It is located inside a gas station but besides that once you enter you see they are there. Sorry Don Arepacho but need to hire better...

Freshly made convenience store food.

This is a generous portion of tasty, freshly made food. That's a deal for $11. The shredded chicken was tender and moist. The eggs were made to order. The arepas are big and freshly grilled.

The staff is friendly but I needed to use Google translate to order. It was not worth it to try to have them leave off the cheese and sour cream, but it was separate, so that worked out.

This is better than the hot bar at QT and fresher than other fast food joints inside of a convenience store. If I were looking for a meal on the go when I stopped to get gas, this will be a good choice.

There are a few problems. I was looking for a restaurant with arepas and this was close by. However, there's no sign on the outside. I asked someone in the parking lot to find it.

The dining area has lots of chairs but just a few tables. Also, there is this big counter that looks leftover from a previous venture.

They don't serve drinks. I had to buy them from the convenience store clerk while I was...
