If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. My experience here was complete opposite of what everyone is saying. Ordered tacos and a cheese dip with drinks. As soon as I took the first bite I knew the tacos were not going to be good. The asada tacos were dry, the tortillas were very dry. The carnitas were ok, but the tortillas made it worse being dry. Lastly I had a lengua taco, also dry and the meat tasted like it was just boiled in water, no flavor whatsoever. Then to make things worse they only gave me 2 small dry slices of lime in a to go bag. Then when my wife went to ask for more lime because the tacos were dry. They asked her ā what did you need them for?ā. For the dry tacos thatās what we needed them for. I feel like thatās a question that shouldnāt be asked. There was no customer service because no one ever came to ask how the food was or anything. I would dare say the chip and cheese dip was the best thing I ate here. And for the prices of the tacos youād expect good food, for me to pay $5 for a dry flavorless lengua taco is absolutely absurd. Out of the 4 tacos I ordered I ate half of the carnitas and lengua, then left one whole asada tacos which I threw away, & Iām not one to waste food. They also had a speaker playing loud music. Loud people in there drinking beer. Me personally Iām not returning there or recommending anyone here.
EDIT: To the copy and paste reply I got, Iām not going to make a big deal about getting my money back. I give restaurant one try, if they are good Iāll return if they are not, I simply will let it be known. Maybe trying to have better consistency of the food being served would solve...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve tried numerous Mexican restaurants through out my life and trust me when I say this was some of the best Mexican food Iāve had in my life, and I am not exaggerating!
I ordered the quesabirra with a side of rice and beans. The quesabirria was tender and had a satisfying taste to it; the consume (the birria juice) took the flavor to the next level. Everything part of the dish was fresh and complemented each other beautifully. The rice and beans did not disappoint either! They were cooked perfectly and delicious!
The agua frescas and salsas were the cherry on top. There are salsas for every spice level and even little bags with pickled carrots and jalapeƱos all complementary with your dish. The agua frescas had just the right amount of sweetness.
I cannot recommend this place enough! Everyone working there is so kind and will gladly help you out. Itās so hard to find good quality food nowadays especially for a good price but this restaurant checked all those boxes. If you are craving homemade, real, delicious Mexican food. This...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in here last night at 10PM. Online it said they were open until 11PM. When we got there the people were still inside so we went in and realized they were actually closed. I had a group of 6 people so I started to get them back in the car, then one of the employees ran outside and told us everything was still on and to get back in and they will still serve us. I've worked in multiple restaurants and this is simply an unheard of move. Not only did they serve us they even insisted we stay and eat there so it is hot and fresh. This is a level of caring for their customer that almost doesn't exist anymore. I am beyond grateful for how nice and welcoming they were, for a group of three adults and three kids right at closing time. I have been there a few times before and this sealed the deal that they will be my go to place. After saying all of this, the food is freaking delicious. The staff is clearly goes above and beyond. Thank...
