Tl;Dr - If you really want to try it, don't bother eating in and go with the thin crust (we didn't try it but the Hand Tossed and "thicker" we're underwhelming so I can only hope the thin crust is better).
We came here to dine in and that was a mistake. The place is clean enough but it really is just an oversized takeout place. There are no fountain drinks and the bottled drinks we ordered were all room temperature. We sat in the corner and I was directly below the TV which was playing music videos off of (I assume) YouTube. At one point "Truth Hurts" by Lizzo came on and I'm pretty sure it was uncensored but luckily our 6 year old wasn't really paying attention, but be warned if you are sensitive. Also, don't sit directly below the TV because the speakers fire straight down and it was pretty loud just in that one spot.
So the eat-in environment is not great, but how about the food? Well what we ordered was "meh". We ordered a "thicker" crust bruschetta pizza and a "hand-tossed" 2-topping (both large because those pizzas only come in one size for some reason). Toppings on the pizzas were both serviceable but the crust was not great and (probably my fault) I expected the "thicker" crust to actually be more like a pan pizza but it was actually thinner than the hand tossed (see pic). More like a thicker version of their thin crust except without the edge to edge toppings. If I go again I guess I'll try the thin crust and hopefully that is better but I don't even know why those other crusts are on the menu. There isn't much redeeming about them.
So, overall I can't really recommend this based on my current experience but my dad said he tried the thin crust and it was good so if you must go,...
Read moreWonderful experience. I drove over an hour to get there, and a little bit longer on the way home. She asked me to please hold off on putting the dressing on the Three big don Italian subs. Also made sure that I needed . Plate, nap, parm. Also was so very much putting herself in my position as I said loosely that I am calling in an order on the way to the restaurant and she asked me twice before I could understand reason 🤔 she asked me what time gps said and she said I will have to be placed in the pickup window five minutes after my arrival time. Gps was a bit slower but when I walked in the door for my first time ever at this location and she smiled at my with a very warm welcome. She turns to the register and spins around without a thought and said wait you are boo and your order was.... Exactly what I asked for special instructions met to perfection..... I drove from Canton GA. BTW... Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It was great to be treated like I was little brother of a wonderful business loving young lady..... Sis took care of all my needs. Thank you 🙏 again so refreshing that young lady could honestly that could possibly happen inside of the restaurant. The welcome feeling was very much like a big hug from family.. thank you if she ever had the opportunity to open and run a franchise of her own my money would be on her hands down. PS I came from eating at the original donatos in Columbus Ohio.. also the product is exactly as I remembered. Thank you again for not taking any shortcuts 🙏. I was in the...
Read moreI will review this before leaving the location. The man that took my order was r-u-d-e! I asked if they would leave the pizza in just a bit longer than typical. He said, so you want it well done?🤔 We might have meant the same thing but a “ well done “ pizza just didn’t sound right to me. When I asked him if that meant leaving it in just a bit longer that seemed to create a problem. This was my first time coming here seeing that it is new. You would think he had been working here for years and “ was over it”! I am sorry if my question was too much.
The Pizza
I really was excited to try something new but it was just okay. The dough/crust has a grit to it as though there maybe some grain in it other than wheat. According to the menu the sausage is a family recipe. It tastes very much like a...
