Dunkin' — Restaurant in Georgia

Today was a pretty big let down on the customer service side of things. I have been going to this Dunkin location for a few years now and have had mostly good experiences, and that's why I'm still giving it 4 stars. I ordered an iced coffee, bacon cheese bagel and some munchkins in the drive thru. In the past at different locations I have occasionally received my bagels (that are supposed to be toasted and hot) very lukewarm to cold, so I always check before I drive off. This time, it was barely warm, so I asked politely to have it remade. The girl who remade it came back to the window and all she said to me was "Well had I just made it, but here..." - she was referencing the original cold bagel with a bit of an attitude, like I'm supposed to feel bad for asking to have it remade. Like it's my fault as the customer for not taking a cold bacon cheese bagel. I have worked fast food before, so I get it sometimes you have bad days, but you should never make the customer feel bad especially if they're being polite about it.

Dunkin management do better... please do yourself a favor and invest time into your staff instilling good customer service skills. I'll still come back because it's a convenient location for me, but I know a lot of people that would completely write that location off if they had the same customer service...

The staff at this location is extremely rude. My drink order was incorrect after ordering through the mobile app. The staff proceeded to argue with me that it was my mistake. After finally agreeing to correct the order they continued to reprimand me for the mistake to the point that I told them I was willing to pay the difference even though it wasn’t my mistake because they continued to make me feel like I was trying to get something for free. They refused but continued to be confrontational. I will never go to this location again. I am not one to write poor reviews usually however I cannot believe how much this situation escalated over a $3 coffee. I have never been treated so poorly by staff as I was here. This is a terrible store, the staff is extremely rude! The staff constantly bad mouths customers and also other employees in front of customers , noticed on multiple visits! The gentleman in the blue shirt comes from behind the dumpster smelling strongly of marijuana! Also witnessed he is extremely rude with the way he talks to the employees there! On the food service, the coffees are never stirred at all wether I have gotten a iced or hot coffee, you get a pile of ingredients caked at the bottom of your cup! The only thing good about this location is the donut products! If your not getting just donuts I would not recommend coming to this location for any...
