Dunkin' — Restaurant in Georgia

This morning I ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese on the side like I always do. When we drove off I discovered a tub of cream cheese and laughed until I checked my receipt and saw I was charged $3 for the tub. I walk inside and let the sweet girl at the register know what happened. She told me she would have to get her manager to fix it. She walks over to the manager who is helping the kids at the drive thru. For one these kids are obviously brand new and shouldn’t be working the drive thru on a busy Sunday morning. The manager tells the girl trying to help me to hold on. After about 2 minutes I told the manager I need to get to church and she finally came over to me. First she reprimanded the girl trying to help me for not being at her cash register. I told the woman manager that she was only trying to help me. The manager walks over to the cash register and gets my money and doesn’t apologize to me for the mistake or for making me wait on her to fix the mistake. I am very big on customer service and was not very pleased with this location...

I just want to say whoever owns this place has done an amazing job at training the employees and building a strong team. I was nervous going through the drive through because the line was wrapped around to the opposite side of the drive through side. I was only in the drive thru for 5 mins. They got my drink and food to me right away at the window. I then realized though I accidentally ordered my drink without almond milk. I can not have dairy. I quickly ran inside to see there was an actual full staff working. I was super impressed. Perhaps 5-6 people there. Most Duncan’s seem to only have 2-3. I also want to comment on how professional they all were. Although they were all pretty young they were so eager and willing to help. I truly appreciated that. I have not visited Dunkin’ for a while now. My last few visits at other locations had left a very bad taste in my mouth. Thank you guys for...

I got some donut holes (munchkins) from here and they were hard, stale, and the wrong flavor. I called and politely told the manager the issue. She said they were made at 4am, so they were not fresh (Then why sell them? They should not even sell the old ones.) She offered a replacement batch, so the next day I went up to get them. I checked the box before getting home this time and ate one in the car. They tasted strongly of chemicals! Like someone had sprayed a chemical cleaner on the donuts!!! I spit it out right away, but my mouth and tongue still stung long after! I have young kids who were going to eat these! They cried when I told them they couldn’t have one because they tasted like chemicals. They didn’t understand, but I did. I will never go here again. I will tell my friends not to go here. I am telling you - don’t go here. If they mess up your order the next one will be toxic....
