This is my favorite Dunkin ever. While the trend of over the past several years had been a general decline in customer service at most Dunkins, the owners and staff at this location are absolutely delightful. I come through for a mobile order 2-3 times a week and my order is always ready and perfectly made. But what sets this apart is the friendliness of the staff and the owners, in particular. It's the only Dunkin I have been to in years where I felt valued as a customer. They always greet me by name and ask how I am when I pull through for my coffee, which often makes a difference in my attitude after sitting in horrendous Atlanta morning rush traffic. It's the small things and the staff at this Dunkin nail it every time. I go 10 minutes out of my way on non-working days to patronize this location instead of the two I have to pass on my way to it because they are models for what good service looks like. Read morePlaced a Mobile pickup order yesterday. Never got notification that my order is READY. Went to store this morning, and the owner said they don't have my order (it never came to them). I showed them order details on the app and mentioned that it was placed through your app and all details are in order details. Then came the shocker - The lady said, it is not their app. App is different and store is different [ Really - If I place an order through Dunkin App and go to a Dunkin store, it is not their app ]. I leaving 2 stars since she did honor the order but experience was not good.

In my experience a man (with the Indian accent, I am myself Indian) who took my order was extremely rude when taking my order in the driveway.
