every single time iāve come here thereās been some sort of awkwardness or odd experience. but letās just talk about what happened 20 minutes ago. my partner came to the drive thru and we tried to order two $6 meal deals and thatās all. about 4 times during us trying to order this, the man taking our order would all of a sudden begin talking to other people like his coworkers bossing them around annoyed about giving the customer their order and the window and saying something about their coworker trying to give the customer the wrong order. he repeated my coffee order wrong 4 times in a row and didnāt confirm with me that it was what i said then told us the total and to come forward. he said the total was $19 and some change. two $6 meal deals wouldnāt equal $19⦠the person in front of us looked like theyād been there a while and was most likely the customer they were speaking among themselves about. after waiting for 10min we knew it wasnāt worth waiting because i had such a strong feeling that my order was going to be completely wrong. i used to work here. i know that when someone says medium iced coffee with caramel cream and sugar that itās not hard to comprehend. thatās the most ordered drink they have. anyways, we had the person behind us in the drive thru reverse their car for us so we could drive away. this location is so close to where i live but now i donāt want to go back because i feel like itās such a waste of time. and this was just todayās experience. if i said anything about the other times this would be much longer and i donāt feel like...

I asked for three of those to be included in my dozen of donuts. When I got home, there were three powdered donuts with chocolate frosting instead of the ones I asked for. I tried to call the location three times but no one answered so I called the franchise in Hiram. I spoke with a manager named Autumn who told me that she would call them and let them know that I would be coming back to get the donuts that I ordered. I told her due to my busy morning schedule I may not be going that same day and she said that was fine. I go there yesterday around 5 oāclock to pick up the donuts and a young girl by the name of Hailey was at the window. I told her the situation, and she looked at me as if I was crazy. She told me she had no idea what I was talking about as if I was lying, that managers arenāt there in the evenings, they are understaffed and the donuts that I needed were sold out. She did nothing that a good customer service representative would do. She didnāt ask me if I wanted different donuts. She didnāt ask to take down my name. If it's one thing I've learned in life, its not to piss off people who deal with your food. I'm not sure why I deserved her attitude for asking politely for my order to be corrected. Mobile order, 25ct munchkins, all glaze. I received glazed and powder. I returned it to the girl at the window, and she asked Holly for guidance. Instead of remaking it, Holly told the girls to remove the powder donuts and replace them with the missing glaze. Got the box back and of course there is still powder all over the donuts. I asked for them to remake it and Holly tells me all the donuts have a little powder. Untrue and what I received, was not a little powder. This is not my first time ordering munchkins. She also informs me that they will have to throw it away. Not sure how that's my problem when my order was submitted correctly and they messed it up. After she slammed her hands on the counter, she told me to pull up and she would bring out. I refused to pull up because of past experiences where I ended up having to go inside and retrieve my order that was supposed to be delivered to me.
