went to purchase a coffee and breakfast sandwich. both the coffee and food made me sick. this was the 2nd time i’ve gotten sick eating at this location. the first time, i didn’t blame them, i assumed it was a stomach bug. after getting sick, i called customer service and filed a complaint. because it’s a franchise, i was told i had to speak with the franchise owner. TWO WEEKS LATER, i was contacted by the GM Shelly Dawson. The GM was very unprofessional and felt comfortable enough to text me after i missed her call. i attempted to call her back, and she text me stating that she had personal issues and couldn’t call me back. i text her today (5/14) and asked if she was available. The GM called me, and argued with me about the claim i made to customer service. i let the GM know that BOTH the coffee and sandwich made me sick. Shelly also stated that she is not authorized to issue a refund since she does not have the product. i proceeded to tell her that i do not have the product anymore bc i ate there over two weeks ago. i also stated that i brought the products back up to the store, but was turned away because i didn’t have my receipt after i stated multiple times i did not receive one. shelly then that she would have to reach out to her boss about a refund and i told her not to worry about it and i would go above her head. as a consumer, i should not be at fault bc the employees did not do their job. i proceeded to hang up on her due to her continuing to be rude. shelly then TEXTS me stating that since i hung up on her, she will not be consulting with her boss about my refund. this establishment is disgusting along with...

May 16 th 2025. The first time gng to the drive thru no joke I sat there for 20 mins !!! The line was backed up so bad it made no sense! When I went to get my food I asked why was it taking 20 mins after I ordered the food to get to the window, her excuse was it was graduation.
I saw the people ahead of me only order small bags no box or boxes of donuts. When I finally get my order it’s completely wrong and they put black pepper on my chicken croissant which I’m allergic ( it’s dents come w black pepper) so I had to toss my sandwich in the garbage. Did not give me a receipt so I could fill out the survey.

Long line but not as bad as the first time. The older lady at the window should not be working with the public. Had an attitude for no reason until I gave her a reason coz my order was again wrong !
I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit w green tea no ice. I get it packed w ice , told her it was wrong she went and bumped the ice out and came back but I looked at the label and tasted it. It had lemonade !!!
Went back to the window and told her it was wrong again. ( Me being respectful and polite). She gets mad first her manager was there correcting something she did wrong grabs the drink and brings me back my drink but it tasted awful. Again no receipt to make a complain so here it is.
It’s a shame that we pay for a service that it’s not meeting up to. Can’t get an order right, too much time waiting.
Before u say go to the store I have a new baby so that’s why it’s more convenient...
Read moreLet me give you the big picture of this place. The food is always incorrect or they just put something in a bag and expect you to be fine with it. How dare u complain, it’s just hard earned money, right. I can guarantee this: Coffee is always either too strong or extremely sugary. Managers don’t care, and even if u get a refund, or later date replacement, etc. they don’t honor it. I’ve been going to this place for years and apparently I just need to learn my lesson. So let me ask you this… Do you like wasting time, money and energy. Do you like sitting in an empty line for 20 minutes after you placing an app order 10 minutes prior or being argued with about the difference between a biscuit and/ or croissant, bc a croissant is apparently the new biscuit, who knew. How about being told there is a shortage since September of a product that you ordered the previous day?? So if you are into all the above with a side of a bad attitude, where they just close the window on your face..especially when you point out ur entire order is incorrect. My last straw: when they add egg to a persons sandwich that has a huge allergy, if so this place is for you. This place is garbage, let me help you save money. Go...
