Came into town visiting family and friends and went to 2 different locations at 3 different times, once at 4:30PM, once at 6:00PM and once at 7:30 all during the "Hot and Ready" window of time only be told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I went to the Griffin and Locust Grove, GA locations to get some of the puffs and an order of crazy bread with sauce neither of which was a special order item and at least one item was a standard staple of their menu but was not hot nor ready DURING DINNER HOURS! I wasn't the only vehicle that left without making a purchase after waiting in the drive thru traffic jam for almost 25 minutes then be turned away. I don't know if the employees dont care or a management issue but I can only imagine how I would react if I was the owner watching car after car of potential sales driving away and going somewhere else while I'm paying several employees and a manager while they ask customers to wait longer for 2 items than it takes to fix them. The owner should be livid that with at least 5 employees they couldnt prepare for dinner hours anticipating the additional volume , when most of the daily sales would be during dinner hours only to have most customers leave frustrated. Negativity will travel 10x faster that a positive review and people have many more options to spend their money than wait in the heat only to be turned away empty handed. I arrived at 611 and noticed no name on the pick up portal I though maybe not ready thats fine. I can wait. Lady asked and I said I am here for a online order from the pick up portal it must not be ready. Okay nothing said. Waited. As I wait other orders with simular items like my order are being placed and pick up. 30mins nothing on pick up portal. So I ask the lady working in the front are they using the portal? She states seeming very sure that not really when they are really busy. What!? I been waiting 30mins and you know that I been waiting! Well I wait even more it gets to be 645pm. I then tell the other worker I ordered onkine at 550 its been almost an hour and other customers have also ordered simular items and they are gone where is mine. I also state "I dont want the deep dish thats been sitting in the portal for over 30mins now. He goes to find the order. Was told i would have to order it as they had none ready. I asked why? the girl at the window said it was a popular requested item. I asked how many she had sold before me? (in that huge 15 minutes of being open)she said none because you have to order it and it will take 12 minutes. WTF? Not the brightest bulb burning there. I went on another occasion with a coupon. The girl at the window took my coupon and then told me the price. I asked why the amount was the same as if i had no coupon? She said that she did take off the coupon yet it was same price because of tax added. AGAIN WTF? i asked how they could charge 23 cents on every dollar for tax.
