Today I placed a mobile order and picked it up inside. I only ordered two crunchy tacos. They were so good. The shells were perfect, not stale or broken. The meat, cheese and lettuce were in the perfect proportions and it was hot and fresh and the shell wasn't all soggy or anything. The girl working at the front of the store was very friendly and my order was ready very quickly.
Update 5/18/23 Today I got the crunch wrap combo and added rice and chipotle sauce. It definitely could have been better. All the meat was in one corner and the other 75%-80% of the crunch wrap didn't have any meat. Also, there wasn't any chipotle sauce on it. The crunchy taco was good. I also got chips with cheese dip and it was good too.
Update 08-18-24 Today I placed a mobile order on the app before I left the house. First I placed one for McDonald's, then one for Taco Bell. It's about a 10 minute drive from my house to the McDonalds and Taco Bell. I went to the McDonald's first to pick up my order and they said I had to wait 12 minutes on apple pies. So I went next door to Taco Bell to check on my order and it wasn't ready yet. So I went back to McDonald's to get my apple pies and right before I got my pies I got a notification on my phone that my order at Taco Bell was ready. So that was at least 20 minutes after I placed the order that it was ready. That is unacceptable for a "fast food restaurant". I only ordered 2 combos, nothing crazy. The drive-thru was wrapped around the building so I went inside to get my order. Employees weren't super friendly and when I got halfway home and tasted my Dr Pepper it was disgusting. 🫤 The front counter was disgusting with what looked like drinks spilled all over it. And they just set my food right on top of it and didn't offer me a bag or anything. At least they got my order right and my...
Read moreI’d give this Taco Bell negative stars if it was an option. First time visiting this Taco Bell… definitely my last. Went in to order dinner around 6:45-6:50 PM. Standard dinner time. Side door was locked but several customers were inside and no exterior signage was posted about dining room be closed. Otherwise, I would have been more understanding. Anyways. Thought the locked door was an accident because sometimes doors get stuck and/or people forget to unlock one door or another (NFPA fire code violation by the way). Another customer opened the door and let me in. The manager, I didn’t bother asking her name, a young shorter, heavyset black woman with glasses (clearly the manager on duty but has absolutely no business being in that position or the service industry for that matter) was incredibly rude. She yelled at the dining room and asked who let me in and then began berating me and saying, “MY DOORS ARE LOCKED FOR A REASON!” I cannot believe she had the audacity to address anyone in that manner and not fear for her job. Very unprofessional and unkind. She alone has made me rethink visiting Taco Bell as a franchise altogether… especially since this was my first in over a year because last time I got food poisoning. My suggestion would be to fire her. Especially since I can surmise from previous reviews she has a track record for being rude and running a poor night crew where they just choose not to serve customers and are content with being paid to do so. She is clearly the reason they are desperately seeking employees for hire. Horrible person. Horrible experience. Don’t waste your time...
Read moreDefinitely don’t have an issue and try to get Brittany the manager on shift Wednesday 2/15 at 1:50pm. I ordered through the Taco Bell app and never got my food. I called that night and let them know at the store they said call the 1 800 number. When I call it hangs up on me. I called to hopefully get a manager to assist me with getting through to someone that could help me since they don’t know anything about the app. All she could say is go through the app I can’t help you. I very calmly told her that I’ve tried multiple times and gotten nothing back from them. She said “well I’m sorry that’s all I can tell you”. I said you can’t just replace my food? She said no she wouldn’t do that because she has no way to verify it. So I guess now I’m a liar. I did get upset but never yelled at her. My tone obviously changed because I wasn’t being treated like a customer but a liar. I recorded the entire interaction because she started to get loud and lie and say I was yelling at her when my voice didn’t raise but my tone changed. If you’re money was taken and no one was helping you at the establishment that took my money and gets paid to help me youd be upset to Brittany. Learn how yo handle upset customers. I asked do they provide courtesy cards for customers that were unhappy she said yes they do but still neglected to offer me any type of make up for my lost money. So if you order through the Taco Bell app Taco Bell can’t help you for whatever reason and they charge you even if there are no...
