The Dunkin' Diamond on Keith Bridge Road
Of all the Dunkin' Donuts spread across this doughnut-loving nation, there's something special about the one on Keith Bridge Road. It's not just a pit stop for a quick caffeine fix and a sweet treat; it's an experience that lifts you up, like a coffee-infused buoy in the middle of the monotonous sea of daily routines.
Many of us have morning rituals. Some people meditate, some jog, some indulge in the early morning quiet with a good book. But for those lucky souls in the vicinity of Keith Bridge Road, their ritual involves a pilgrimage to their beloved Dunkin' Donuts.
The service is as smooth as their signature coffee. The staff is like a troupe of barista wizards, conjuring up your order with a warm smile and unwavering efficiency, making every patron feel like the guest of honor at their morning coffee gala.
And oh, the coffee. To say it's the "best" feels like an understatement. The coffee here isn't merely a beverage; it's a liquid sonnet that sings of morning freshness and roasty goodness. Whether your order is as simple as a black coffee or as elaborate as a frothy macchiato, it is served as if it's the most important brew they've ever concocted.
Comparing this Dunkin' location to others is like comparing a hand-knitted quilt to a factory-produced blanket. Sure, they both serve the purpose, but one carries an undeniable warmth and personality that the other just can't match.
So, to those who view doughnut shops as mere purveyors of sweet pastries and caffeinated beverages, I urge you to pay a visit to Dunkin' Donuts on Keith Bridge Road. Here, you'll find not just a shop, but a sanctuary where great service and the best coffee come together to brighten your day. Doughnut Rating? A perfect dozen...
Read moreI ordered a latte at 3PM via the drive thru. When I got it I was shocked to find whip cream on top of my hot drink. I went inside and spoke to Madison who said she was the manager and will fix my drink for me. Then she brought me back the same drink, with whip cream. I worked for Dunkin Donuts corporate and independent for over 7 years, some of that time as a regional trainer specializing in locations with lower profits or quality so this was a huge red flag to me. When I asked Madison if they changed the formula of a latte recently she told me it's been that way for 2 years .. my latte from Wednesday from another location did not come this way. This will be my last time at this location due to attitude and not lack of experience. When a customer orders a drink it should be made to a universal standard. And if you don't know, LOOK IT UP! Instead of having a strict attitude.
UPDATE: Spoke to a Jennifer who is the manager currently. I guess this is the new way they are making it though I went to another location in sugar hill and got my Latte made correctly. I will not be at this location again. I LOVE dunkin but I can't get behind whip cream on a hot latte....
Read moreI typically don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at this Dunkin’ left me extremely disappointed. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to take my order while the young lady was on her phone the entire time. Not once did she apologize for the wait—she just casually asked what she could get me as if I hadn’t been standing there visibly waiting.
As an old Dunkin’ employee of 4 years, I completely understand how overwhelming it can be to learn the ropes. But common courtesy and professionalism shouldn’t be optional. I ordered 4 food items for my family and waited another 10 minutes while the staff acted more confused than coordinated. To make things worse, the same young lady asked me, "You good?"—which felt dismissive, especially since I was still clearly waiting for my order.
What really pushed me to write this review was hearing one of the male employees say, “She wants all that food, dang,” loud enough for me to hear. That kind of comment is unprofessional and downright rude. Every time I visit this location, it’s a chaotic mess filled with bad attitudes and zero customer service.
Definitely not the Dunkin’ standard I used to know from the...
