Just left at 7:20pm on 4/17 very unprofessional customer service from the person who may have been the manager the way she was talking. I ordered a strawberry/mango refresher (mix) because since I started going to DD about 3 months ago, it's the only drink I usually get that way, at this location. The young lady on the intercom was professional and stated "oh we cannot mix the refreshers", when I asked for better understanding as I had just got one yesterday 4/16/23 per my receipt, the owner or manager (as she referenced talking to her staff) took over the intercom stating in a very aggressive and rude manner "No, No" and then proceeded to tell me "we don't mix concentrates" and proceeded to ask me questions and inform me I had the wrong location. The entire time I remained with a neutral voice and explained No this is the only location I utilize since it is 2 miles from me. Then she continued with who was it. "I closed last night". "I closed Saturday." I'm like okay, I had it both days and I know one was afternoon, one was evening. But to insinuate I was being untruthful. I really could've went off...but I know how to be professional and deal with people like this manager. Seeing as I come monthly to pick up a 1/2 dozen to a dozen doughnuts regularly for my staff. I will no longer utilize this location. If this is the type of leadership overseeing staff, she needs to be reprimanded and re-trained on PIP. This is not the leadership or modeling that dunkins brand should want for its employees. The staff was more professional than the manager. Oh and I have receipts attached to show I received a strawberry/mango dragon mix below. It would've been more professional to say "I'm sorry, we cannot do that per our store policy, unfortunately there was an error when you have received this previously". And to add - we apologize for this error, is there anything else you would like. Now to her credit, after an uncomfortable pause she did ask via intercom, in a more appropriate tone, if I wanted anything else but the impression was left and damage done. the “manager” lady is very unprofessional. In order a Toasted White chocolate hot.. pulled around the drive the drive thru and it cold/frozen drink.. that’s ok, but remake it please, I’ll wait..It’s 27 degrees out here. She remakes it and I left.. half way to work… I left it cool off , take a sip… it’s a dang hot chocolate😷 I called this location 6xs before someone picked up.. when she did, of course she mad cause the phone probably ringing off the hook🫣 I told her what happen and said I wanted a refund but she said ok and we’ll just remake it when you coming to get it..SHE OFFERED THE FREE DRINK. I said next day and thank you ..She took my name. —not sure who was on the phone
NEXT DAY… I came back and gave my name. The “manager” -chick with red dookie braids. I assume cause she was walking and talking aggressively to everyone.. Yelled “the refund already done it’s in the office”.. (no eye contact she yelling with her back turned) a cashier comes back with $5 and says here you go. I said where the drink. The “ manager” yells “I thought it was a refund” with the most nasty, smug-rude tone. And I said replied.. girl on the phone said refund and she’ll remake the drink.. she didn’t respond. I guess her attitude was the queue to the team to remake that drink cause they did .. and it’s sad if the people who work there have to deal with a manger that has a stick up her behind.. over some coffee and doughnuts. I still even placed an order and paid for something else. While I was waiting for my food, the manger gave me the most smug look like she was mad I expect a refund a free coffee. I don’t need this negativity before work. This ain’t the first time I came here and someone had a nasty attitude but at least my order was right!!!! Won’t be back, I pass like 4 locations to...

Today we went in the afternoon and their grills were down for cleaning so I just got a iced coffee. Thing is, I am hella lactose intolerant so I ordered an oatmilk latte. It came out a caramel latte instead of the seasonal cake one, which was fine, and said oatmilk on the label so I kind of shrugged off the taste difference to the Carmel syrup. Half way through the large coffee my boyfriend tries it and looks at me and says, "you know this has whole milk not oatmilk, right?". I will spare you the details and simply say that the following three hours were incredibly unpleasant and the lactose cramps have yet to ease.
I am not trying to get free coffee or get any one in trouble, I am still going to be a Dunkin customer but my dudes, when someone orders a milk alternative (a dollar twenty five extra btw) and asks for no whip, it's not because we are being Karen's or bougie, some of us have legit reactions to lactose, it can totally ruin our day. I just wanted a latte, instead I got lactose cramps. I no want lactose cramps. Lactose cramps SUCK.
