Okay, I want to start by saying that I love firehouse subs.... My experience begins last week. I went to grab a sub and after paying and stepping to the side, I was watching them make all the subs. One employee proceeded to make a sub and it consisted of tuna salad. when she made the tuna salad, she did have a glove on her hand, but she dumped all the ingredients into a square container and then proceeded to mix this tuna salad with her hand and the glove that had been touching everything else including the counters and the receipts and all the other customers food. I did call to complain, but unfortunately I did not know the employee's name because none of them wear name tags. All I could go along with was a description. I was very thankful that this individual did not make my sandwich. I swore that I would give Firehouse subs one more try and today went back in to order my sub. Ordered my sub, went to the same end of the counter to wait for it to be prepared and upon waiting, I was watching them make subs and yet again not one time did any of the employees switch out their gloves after touching the counter, touching the cash register and touching everything else including their face masks! and as they were making the subs, when they leaned over to get the condiments such as lettuce and tomatoes and things of that nature, their shirts were leaning all over the bread and the meat that was on that sub. I can promise here and now that I will never eat Firehouse subs again and I did not eat the sub that I ordered because after seeing that, I was no longer hungry! these employees need to be taught the difference between cross-contamination and proper sterilization and proper ways to wear gloves and what to touch when wearing them! Very...

The workers were fine, service was fine but they were the most non tasting subs ever...is that even a word? They had NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER. Horrible, horrible subs. Coming from NY i am probably used to a more flavorful Italian Hero (hero in NY sub down south) i think there were 3 different meats and i tasted none of them, again horrible sub, definitely was not worth the $20 we spent on 2 of them, i could have went to Subway and gotten 2 - $5 subs and saved myself $10. Total disappointment, again it has nothing to do with the staff, they were fine, it's the flavorless products they are serving that sucked! Sorry Firehouse, we were hoping to become regulars but that won't...

My sandwich and drink was $16.51. I thought that was a lot so I checked board and it was around $3.59 more than it should have been. When I was standing looking at the menu the lady asked if she could help me. I told her the price wasn’t correct. She informed me the 3.59 was for the mushrooms. I said I told you I didn’t want mushrooms. She said I’ll give you a dollar and handed me a dollar bill! There was so little meat on the sandwich without the mushrooms it would have been empty so I guess you get to pay 3.59 for something you didn’t order so sandwich will look big. I’ll never...
