I visited this chic fila on Wednesday, May 10th... Between 6-7 PM. I went through the drive thru... Myself and my 4 daughters... We ordered 4 drinks. Paid for our order. I drive away and decide I also want a drink and went back and went through the drive thru...I pull up to the cashier I order a medium sweet tea with extra ice. She says, my order is $2.34. I then hand her One Dollar bill, 4 quarters and .34. I placed it in her hand. When I first drove back up. I noticed all the cashiers who were all white except for this particular heavy set cashier, were all standing in a huddle talking, My daughter noticed them looking back giggling...I didn't pay it any attention... I think the issue was with me wearing a mask. I went there another time and she acted the same way because I had my mask on..not only do I wear my mask there, I wear it every where I go. I pull around to the drive thru window, actually... before I got all the way up to the window...A Caucasian looking manager BETHANY walked up to my van and said, rudely..."Is your name Pam??? I reply, "Yes, my name is Pam. "You threw money at my cashier.. I try to explain I didn't throw change at her cashier.. "She replies, I'm not going to have you being rude to my cashier, I tried to explain, I wasn't rude to your cashier...your cashier was rude to me. When my daughter tried to explain that didn't happen...she was very rude to my daughter. She says, were going to refund you your money back Leave!!! Just as I'm about to leave someone hands her my drink and she forcefully almost threw it in my hand. I'm explaining, your cashier deliberately lied, play the cameras back... I'm a valued customer who visits that location at twice a week. This manager who was skinny, wore her hair in a ponytail, she has tooth missing in the front was very rude... I visit there all the time...she usually takes great care of her customers.....she sided with her cashier whom to I believe lied one because I'm black and 2 because I had a mask on!! I went in the parking lot next door and called the police. They told me it was a civil matter, I might need to speak to my lawyer... There was a kind, upstanding citizen who represents Thomas county behind me in line who witnessed the whole thing. Whom said he was too going to call in but the owner probably wouldn't do anything about it. If only she had played those cameras back she would have saw her cashier lied and should be either suspended or fired. And when the owner views the cameras...that manager should be...
Read moreI went to the Thomasville chic fil a Saturday around 8pm. I ordered the grilled chicken club with a large fry and strawberry milkshake. The shake and fries were top notch however the chicken was extremely dry, threw the whole sandwich off. I called immediately and talked to the manager (Shelasha is her name) I informed her the chicken was very dry and she replied “thank you I’ll let the kitchen know” I then asked if I could get a refund or a remake of the same sandwich Monday. She then replied rudely “yes you can come in Monday” as if I was a bother to ask. I simply said thank you and in the upmost rude tone “my pleasure” sounding very annoyed and unprofessional.
I go back in that very next Monday 3/4/2024 I bring my receipt and inform the cashier what the manger (Shelasha) and I spoke about and the manger is present so the cashier goes to confirm the conversation between her and myself and before the cashier returns I hear an employee make a comment how the grilled chicken is never dry and I hear the manger (Shelasha) say “exactly”very unprofessional! the cashier comes back and rings up the sandwich. Cashier tells me I owe .32 cent for the cheese even though the sandwich comes with cheese. I was baffled I was asked to pay for such and I say to the cashier I’d assume I wouldn’t be charged for cheese since the sandwich is a free remake. She goes back to the manager (Shelasha) and she has to come physically to the counter to over ride the .32 cents. Not once did Shelasha look at me or aknowledge me. She does the over ride and walks away.

Read moreThe only reason I am giving this place two stars is because the food is good. My wife and I have been going here for a few years and have put up with the drive through shenanigans. Every Chick-fil-a I go to has a busy line, especially during the meal rushes.
6/15/18: I arrived in the parking lot and noticed two men standing outside the restaurant. One approached my vehicle and told me to drive to the line. As I was driving forward, he ran up beside my vehicle and knocked on my vehicle while yelling that I needed to drive around the restaurant and get into the line. The line was not backed all the way around and I was doing as he just asked me to do. I am fairly certain that this was the store manager not just a shift manager. I will not tolerate being yelled at from someone I do business with. I have never experienced such disrespect from a restaurant.
Over the past few weeks this restaurant has experimented with getting as many people through the line as possible, like having employees stand outside to take your order in any weather. I feel bad for the employees stuck in the heat and the rain. They have also started walking your food from the drive through window to your vehicle. Not only am I unable to view a menu and take my time ordering, I also feel rushed with my payment.
I should have wrote this week's ago when I saw the employees being treated badly. They then started rushing my wife and I causing us inconvenience. Now today we were completely disrespected. I doubt we will ever return. I hope this helps others to know more about this restaurant before they get there and have this...
