T.J. Maxx — Local services in Thomasville

Nice, large & clean store. Way better than the one in Tally, which is much smaller and grimey in comparison. I've never really looked through the clothes because I'd really have to be in the mood to search piece by piece, since everything is crammed together by size (that's how all of these types of stores are). Plus if you find something you like but need a different size there is no guarantee you will find it! Anyways, I do LOVE the home goods and food selections! They have brands that you likely won't find at a typical grocery store and the prices are usually cheaper as well. It is fun to just wander around and discover items throughout the store, but it isn't Walmart, there are only a few items that they are likely to stock all...

I've had to change my rating from a 5star to 1star. The new store manager is nothing like the old one. She doesn't have any people skills, nor does she have any respect for the associates. She will talk down to associates infront of customers and she openly has conversations with associates and managers about other associates. This place has gone so down hill that's it's no longer a nice store. The men's and kids section has been the only section that looks even remotely in order(as of May 2021). I will not shop here and I will not recommend this place to anyone. A new store manager is a must...

Horrible customer service. Line wrapped with four or five cashiers at the don’t. Junky store. My daughter saw a purse she liked, I grabbed it to look at it from a bin. Store associate walked up and told me I can’t shop out of there. I gladly put the purse back down and told my daughter I wasn’t buying because of her attitude. Instead she could have tagged the bag for me like she was doing to the other purses and she would have made the sale. First and last time going to this store. I knew I stayed away...
