We arrived at 7 am. When we were seated we noticed that the music was very loud. We politely asked the manager on duty if it was possible to reduce the volume. He said a lot of people think it’s loud in here and he pointed toward the ceiling which could reflect noise. He told us that even if he turned it down all the way, he wasn’t sure if it would change the volume. He tried.

He came back a few minutes later, and the volume was slightly less, but it was still loud. My guest and I could barely hear each other talk without speaking loudly.

I ordered Eggs Benedict. Not only did my eggs Benedict arrive with the eggs on cold ham and cold English muffin, the ham was lunch meat style ham that’s thin, sliced, and used to make sandwiches. It was not Canadian or better quality ham. It was lunchmeat ham. The eggs were like warm. I should have sent it back.

I was really disappointed because I’ve eaten at another First Watch and my breakfast was good.

I didn’t say anything to the manager at that time because we had to get to work. I thought about it later and decided I need to make management aware rather than just not going back. I’m giving this feedback so you can enhance your customers experience. I realize that there are off days and I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble. The server did a good job. The issue was loud noise and a cold and...

OK, sure, they have been open for almost 2 months, but service staff are not at the top of their game as I have come to know other First Watch locations. There were many tables available, but were first shown to a little table right by the kitchen. So we requested a better location. Then we sat there for over 10 minutes and had to ask for help to get coffee. This should be the first thing offered seconds after your butt hits the seat. When she came with coffee she said she did not see us there. Well, you have to come out to the room and observe the area. While we were waiting for our breakfast to come we witnessed staff disorganized and not focused. Even a couple of them standing by the register chit chatting. You should always be doing something. Especially first thing in the morning. For example, the silverware was spotty like you get in a cheap diner. Polish it up while wrapping in napkins. Food was good but wife's pancakes were not warm enough and their potatoes that I love were not cooked enough. We were some of the first customers that morning so no excuse for this service or food not on par. Do better First Watch as we love your...

If you like going on a Sunday and don’t mind waiting a long time, this place is for you.

From brunch to when they close, they have no concept of time.

You’ll wait, wait some more, drink the free coffee, wait a little more, then wait, wait a long time after that and then when you feel like asking where you are in line, you’ll get more free coffee and have to use the restroom.

Once you come out, you’ll wait a little longer. About the time your kids start bugging you about waiting, you won’t recognize them because they’re now in college. They were in middle school when you put your name in.

Once you get seated, you’ll wait even longer for your food. They’ll do their absolute best to rush it out…but since they evidently don’t care about troubleshooting their waiting issues, guess what you’ll be doing? Yep!

You eventually get your food, but it’ll be very subpar. Why? Because they rushed it.

My only question is this: Has Carmen Rundell visited this store since it opened?

Okay, lookout for the feckless message from the...

Lots of variety on the menu with both breakfast and lunch items. They do have gluten free bread (always a plus!!). They had some creative drinks that looked cool but didn’t try. We sat outside as it was quieter - inside very nicely decorated and bustling (and loud!) The quality of the food was so-so. Two of us got the turkey club sandwich (one regular, one on GF). They should toast the bread, it’d taste better. It was lacking in flavor. Needed Mayo. We had to ask for extra dressing for the salad as cooks barely taste it (but when they did bring more, it was good). One person got the smoked salmon frittata - not much feedback on this one. Another got the works omelette - omelette was tasty, some of the potatoes could have been cooked longer (and a bit heavy on the salt) . Another got the AM superfoods bowl (which looked very pretty) I’d definitely give the place another try, but would try other items (hash bowl was my 2nd choice!) . The strawberry French toast looks divine, but i am gluten free so that’s not an option

Came to First Watch for Mother’s Day Brunch. Service was slow but I guess that’s kinda expected on a busy day. I didn’t expect the negative attitudes from the workers. Our waitress was nice, but everyone we talked to gave us weird looks (scowls) or curt, unfriendly responses. Or they just straight up ignored us. I had family visiting from India with us, so it’s annoying to see them getting treated this way when they make simple requests like asking for a straw. Didn’t really feel comfortable. What I also did not expect was a ladybug in the salad of my eggs Benedict. Didn’t bother bringing it up because of the aforementioned service and our moods were also soured. The food tasted good, but nothing special. Standard brunch food. The golden standard will always be to treat others the way you want to be treated. If you can’t even back up your subpar service with clean, decent food, then I will not waste my time and money here again.

I recently dined at First Watch and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing brunch. The menu offered a delightful variety of fresh, delicious options, and everything we tried was flavorful and beautifully presented. We had the Elevated Egg Sandwich, Belgian Waffle, Morning Meditation, and Purple Haze. What made our visit truly exceptional was our server, Galeza. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great meal. Her cheerful demeanor made us feel right at home. Overall, First Watch is a must-visit for anyone looking for a great meal, I’ll definitely be returning soon!
