I want to love every Chick-fil-A I go to but this one had an unpleasant exoerience. Now let's start off with the good stuff: the outside iPad setup was GREAT! Order accuracy was top-notch and the patience these people had while being outside in the heat was outstanding (no pun intended). Now here comes the bad part: I got to the drive through and was greeted with my name, but once my order was repeated to me the person at the window made no effort to talk to me before, during, and after I received my order. For example: once my order was repeated I tried to tell the person if I could get two ketchups, a ranch, and some water, but it wasn't until I was handed my food did they take the effort to fufil that request. Secondly, the people were too busy talking to their co-workers in the drive through which I think took away from the intentionality of serving a guest. For example: I said thank you as I was leaving, but the person at the window made no effort to say you're welcome or acknowledge what was said. Lastly, we received our food: a six count kids meal with fries and an apple juice and an additional small fry. My kid was happy with the nuggets, but my fiance and I were displeased with the fries-they were WAY overssalted. Consistency may be an issue at this location and I don't want to jump to that conclusion so I hope next time I visit this location that the food will be just as good as any of the other CFA...
Read moreI went through the drive through today and ordered a kids meal for myself. When they handed me the bag, I immediately took a fry to eat. It was cold. It tasted like it had been sitting out a while. I pulled around and went inside and explained that the food was cold. I wasn't angry or hostile, I just explained that I just got my food through the drive through and the fries were cold. The person I told and the person she told both gave me a look. Gave me a new bag of food and turned away. They didn't apologize or anything and were definitely bothered that I returned my food. Now, I don't need all the smiles and friendliness they boast about having. But, this was a very untypical reaction from them. They weren't super busy, but not empty either. My guess is when I placed my order, they packed it, then lined it up to go out the window. Thing is, there are other cars in front of me. So my food likely say there, bag open, getting cold while I was waiting to pull up. It cost $7 and change and I just wanted their food (I chose them over other restaurants in the area) and pay a little more for better quality and taste. That didn't happen today. The food I eventually got was hot and tasted great. I'm hoping they see this and maybe reconsider lining up food bags to stay ahead of a rush if it will end up causing the food to be cold and taste bad. That's my 2...
Read moreI dined in at your location at Johnson ferry rd at Woodlawn Square 12/4 @6pm. I was charged 35 cents to get my lemonade with my combo. Nowhere on your menu does it say there is an upcharge. I asked Clay a manager that walked by my table. His explanation is I should see it on the menu. I said it's nowhere on the menu. He then told me to "do the math" and look to see that there is a difference in price. Seriously? A manager tells someone this? I said that doesn't explain that to someone asking how they'd know that. He said well I don't know so ask corporate because "I don't have time to help you". I was left in shock as this is most certainly not the chickfila way of speaking to a customer in the least. On top of that, I asked for fries with no salt and got fries with salt. My Sandwich was cold by the time my new fries came. Also asked for extra pickle and got no pickle. You all definitely missed the mark on this visit, but if it's Clay that is managing this experience-that may explain some things. This was a horrible experience and he is NOT setting an example of...
