ThI just left subway and never had an experience like I just experienced. I told the lady prior to putting the dressings on that I needed 2 different ones because my daughter can't have mayo and asked to cut it so we could share.. she sighed and put each dressings on each side...well that wasn't not what I asked for...then I informed her that since some of the mayo is running onto the other side she would need to cut further up for my daughter..She proceeds to use the knife to push the ingredients in but started on the mayo side and puts it throughout the sandwhich. I explained to her I can't take that sandwhich because my daughter cannot have mayo. She got upset and said" Don't worry I'll make you another one and don't come back here again." I told her I wouldn't and was awaiting for her to fix the order. While fixing the sandwhich she tried to get me to pay cash when I showed her on my app that I had money on my card and wanted to use it. She refused and kept saying I owe $7.50 despite me showing her I had money on it. I left and you could hear her yelling over and over "don't come back here again." THIS IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY SUBWAY... WE ATE THERE BECAUE OF MY DAUGHTER FOOD ALLEGERIED AND THEY HAD ALWAYS BEEN SO CAREFUL...

I was struggling to order online, so asked for the address to the location and she pointed me towards the front of the store. I asked where the address was and she cursed me in her language then had an attitude and threw a receipt at me with the address on it. Once i finally got it and ordered, she continued to be very rude! The man making my food was NOT WEARING A MASK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK so i asked him to put it on and she went on to disrespect me saying he just had surgery and shouldn’t have to wear a mask.... i said i understood but If that’s the case he shouldn’t be working & I’d prefer he had one on if he’s making MY food. Read moreI went in today to get 4 buffalo chicken sandwiches with my brother. Previously there was a white man who had helped me with the same order had gone out of his way to mix and heat the chicken up before toasting it. When I asked the lady to do the same thing she said he doesn't know how to speak english which is ironic because the man spoke fluent english and was even conversing with me. The work here is lazy and managed by rude people. I feel bad for the staff who are told no when doing something a costumer politely asked. The reviews on here are absolutely true. Never...
