This was a tough restaurant for me to review. We order from them weekly, so clearly we like it. The food is good but it COULD be great. The problem is the pizza tomato sauce is literally nonexistent (hope you like white pizza), and they barely put any buffalo sauce on the wings, resulting in dry wings. But dang, they have amazing pizza tomato sauce and delicious wing sauce, so if it’s not forgotten, your meal is phenomenal. They’ve actually never put enough pizza sauce on any of my pizzas to taste it, but one time (one time....out of at least 10 requests) they actually honored my weekly typed in request for extra sauce (they gave it on the side...not what I meant exactly but hey, that works!) and it elevated the pizza so much!. Which leads me to my other complaint: with to go orders there will ALWAYS be a mess up. We order once a week and they have never gotten our order right. Ever. In 4 months. This week (and every week) they ignored our request for extra pizza sauce, last week they only gave us 10 of our 12 wings, the week before they forgot ranch dressing for the wings, etc. They’ve given us the wrong toppings, ignored our requests, and forgotten parts of our order. Every time. 😂 We do online ordering, which you would think would help prevent these problems, but nope. Yet we keep ordering so they are obviously doing something right. Their pizza tastes solid, especially for Oconee County where the choices are slim. When they actually give you tomato sauce for the pizza and wing sauce on the wings, it is incredible. We have now started to triple check our order every time we do take out now to at least avoid the “they put onions all over our kids’ pizza” debacle. In summary, it has the potential to be fantastic and better than Athens places, but as it stands, the disorganization and inconsistency is holding this great place back from their potential. I truly hope they work the kinks out! The crust, cheese, and toppings are great, and they have the best ranch dressing in town. You can bypass the whole “we don’t actually put tomato sauce on our pizzas” by ordering the Walter White, which is a white pizza that is phenomenal. Unfortunately I have children, so I’m doomed with ordering a Hawaiian pizza for us to share for many...
Read moreI stopped into the local pizza joint to grab some wings and something to eat. I was happy to see ravioli on the menu; I hadn’t been here in a while, and I had forgotten that they had things other than wings and pizza. I ordered the ravioli with meatballs and 10 wings . I asked them to pack the 10 wings to go; I wanted to eat a couple, but there’s no way I could’ve eaten all of those while I was sitting in the restaurant. Besides, I thought they might make a pretty good snack later. The wings came first so I opened them up to grab one. They were so hot that I couldn’t hold one so I had to leave the box open and wait for a bit. After a minute or so, the ravioli came. it had two big meatballs and two slices of of some pretty good garlic bread. However, the ravioli wasn’t as hot as I expected. In fact it was just warm. It was warm enough to eat, but I think it should’ve been hotter because it came out last and I would assume wasn’t sitting in a window somewhere. Overall I was pleased with my experience, the food was good the service was great even though I was served by a trainee. She was enthusiastic, thorough and seemed willing and excited to learn the job. I gave her a good tip because she was trying so hard. if you ever find yourself in Watkinsville, Georgia, it would behoove you to stop by Fully Loaded Pizza on Mars Hill rd for lunch or dinner. You don’t be disappointed. Oh, I forgot to mention, they also have very very good pizza. I recommend...
Read moreWe ordered a bacon pizza and a Philly cheese steak with garlic knots as our starter. The garlic knots were delicious, and the Philly was good-it was fresh, just needed a bit more seasoning or a more flavorful cheese (not salt, just some more flavor--next time we'll probably stick to pizza). The pizza was, unfortunately, burnt on the bottom. We could smell the char as we lifted a slice off the tray. The cheese and toppings, however, were excellent. I'm not sure what was happening in the kitchen, because the table behind us was dealing with their pizza being very uneven (too much uncovered crust in some areas), but they were the only booth besides us, and there was a person at the bar and a couple at another table, so it wasn't busy at that time. The waitress handled the other booth's issue well. We didn't bother addressing ours, but if we go back we'll be sure to ask for a more carefully cooked crust. Parents, there is no changing table in the ladies' room. I can't vouch for the men's. They offer coloring pages and crayons for kids. If you found this review helpful, please give it a...
