Dear owner, I’m happy that you have a concern for review online. Here’s how it makes me give you one star.… Today @ school friend of my son told him about your pasta deal. He called me about it & said we never knew that they sell pasta 🍝 over there? Can we go & try it out? I said ok but, mom will be coming late today & you will be really hungry by then. He said they have a best pizza & I will wait for mom & then we can go, but I really want to try there pasta. Long story short, when we came you were out of all pastas with sign outside about it & guy on counter just said it’s out & start doing other things. We felt very owkard so we had to get out of line & we wanted to think which pizza we gonna get? We try to convince my son but he was very upset about it … he just wanted to go home & sleep. So we took him to his favorite restaurant all the way to winder. If you advertise then you should have enough supply of it. Owner/ manager should have be ready for extra sell. In this time & age, it’s not wise to get away with ‘While supply lasts’ kind of gimmick. The deal was posted by you & if you run out of products, staff should have been train to handle it with care… I’m putting pic of senor tequila in winder… I’m also giving you one more star for your efforts.

FYI, I update my Google reviews and star ratings per visit. 5/24/23: I stopped going to Europe 5 few years ago, mostly because of their small sized pizzas. I started going again when they came out with the 14". I think the most General thing I can say is that they are inconsistent. I have gotten probably half a dozen 14" pies since I started going back. Several have been very good, both custom and the Buffalo Chicken. That said, to many times these have been undercooked, sloppily assembled, or light on ingredients. Tonight was that night for the trifecta+; undercooked, sauce and cheese not anywhere close to the edges, gaps in the cheese, and looks like they went light on the toppings, and huge crust bubbles, no cheese or sauce on those parts. 14" pizza size, 11 3/4". This was not even close to a $20 pie. Disappointed. The same pie I got last week, top 5 in the 10 years I've been back in GA after living in RI where they know how to make a respectable pie. I'll likely go back once more to try it again, but will surely deliver some expectations and check before I leave. A $10 frozen pizza from Publix would have beat...
