We came in to the shop to get ice cream after our dinner while on vacation. My one year-old ended up getting sick in the middle of the restaurant as we were trying to check out. The girl behind the counter said that we needed to clean it up with paper towels because they refused to use their mop to clean their own floor. I was forced to wipe up the throw up while holding my sick child with my other toddler running around the restaurant upset because he wanted his ice cream. All the while the girl stood there with her shirt over her nose. She brought us out bleach water at one point and handed it to us and then backed way up to watch us continue to try to clean up the mess while also caring for my sick child. As we were finishing she suggested that we take the trash out with us when we left. It was appalling on so many levels. It’s hard enough when you have a sick child unexpectedly in public but to then be humiliated in the process was just absolutely ridiculous, especially when paying $10 for a cup of ice cream. I’ve never in my life been treated that way. I feel like the lack of protocol for this type of thing has to be a health...
Read moreI tried the vanilla frozen yogurt, the chocolate frozen yogurt, and the salted caramel gelato. My least favorite was the the salted caramel. I liked the vanilla the best and chocolate second best. I tried my husband’s biscotti gelato and really didn’t like it. He said it was alright and by the time he finished it, he said it sorta grew on him. He also had the other flavors I had and liked them as well. There wasn’t a ton of selection and some of the ones were weird- like cotton candy and the biscotti and there was another weird one too but I guess some people like those. I liked all the toppings that you could choose from. I got Reese pieces, a brownie, Reese peanut butter cup pieces and peanut butter drizzle. It was a bit pricy at .58 an ounce. My small cup came out to be 5.97 and my husbands ended up being just a little more. It was a nice place with a good atmosphere. The guy at the counter...
Read moreThe place was in shambles inside. Flys everywhere, only one employee, food all over the floor and counter, kids just having an all out free for all on the machines and toppings. Every other frozen yogurt bar I’ve ever been to hasn’t allowed kids to get their own stuff and today I saw why. It was the hottest shop we went into all day, it was so bad inside between the heat and uncleanliness I almost told the kids we’d have to find something else, but we continued on anyways. This was definitely some of the most pricey frozen yogurt as well. Pretty...
