GRITZ N BBQ — Restaurant in Georgia

Quite possibly the best barbecue joint I've been to in a long time. The gentleman Manning the counter was friendly. The food was amazing and the prices were good. I ended up getting the rack of ribs and a pulled pork sandwich with collard greens, macaroni and cheese and potato salad as the sides. Me and my family are so full. I'm definitely coming back to this location again.

I will say it's not your traditional restaurant, it's a thin building on the side of the road with relatively small parking. On the left side of the parking lot is a massive smoker. One table is outside underneath a roof. There's nowhere inside to eat. But if you're wanting to get some great barbecue, take it home and eat it....

Y'all I had to stand up to write this review. I want y'all to know. These ppl deserve That RESPECT on their name!!! We had 2 BBQ nachos! Yup you heard me. One pork one chicken. I had an additional half rib tip and half ribs meal. And yallllllllllllll I'm going back. Coming for a live review cause baaaaabbyyyyyyy they need a billboard on every mile marker. This was Saturday. If you're in the Fairview area and in the mood for some BBQ, (honesty even if you're not when you drive pass you will be) Gritz and BBQ is a nice quick stop of delicious southern smoked BBQ. I ordered the leg quarters plate with potato salad/coleslaw my companion ordered the Rib Tip plate with bake beans/potatoe salad, neither of us had a complaint, food was delicious and fresh!
