I understand restaurant life and I understand it’s difficult at times, but I am not at fault for showing up close to closing time. I simply wanted something to eat.
however, the single person there had probably the worst attitude I’ve seen in a very long time. I was pleasant friendly asked how his day was at the window, and he complained that if he answered honestly he would get fired. what kind of environment is existing for someone working there to be so pissed off that they are outwardly rude dismissive and mean to random strangers?
So I make my order and I am informed that I cannot substitute my fries on this order, and they can’t even be bothered to be even warm. Literally in the drive-through I sampled one and it was cold. I returned to the drive-through immediately (doors locked) and was compensated with two apple pies after I had to barter for SOMETHING.
These two were not that warm and unfortunately I will not be returning as I has to barter and haggle even for those. Wow talk about biting the hand that feeds you.
This location seems to be run by people who hate their employees, what does it take for a person to be that overtly angry at a random customer at closing? I didn’t order anything that was special either. The attitude with the sloppy performance speaks volumes on how that place is run.
If y’all keep that crap up it’s only a matter of time before you piss off enough people over stupid games so then,
Don’t be surprised by the dumb prizes. Ok?
It just fast food and the public can get higher quality food then that lazy crap that is apparently acceptable at...
Read moreOnce my boyfriend and I were finally greeted at the counter, the cashier (our receipt says his name was Walter) was very nice. I gave my order first and even repeated my order twice- chicken grilled burrito with chips and salsa and 2 sour creams. Since he had me repeat my order I felt confident he put it in right. My boyfriend ordered his burger next, and we paid. We waited about 10 minutes for our food but were patient. We get our food and go back out to our truck to check the order, and my sour creams are missing. My boyfriend goes back to the front door not even a few seconds after having left and the employees had locked it and disappeared from sight. So we tried to go through the drive thru, and when we got there the intercom said they were closed. This is Friday night and currently 9:36, with posted hours being 5am-10pm on Fridays. They closed well over 30 minutes early, which maybe they usually get away with. With covid affecting hours for many restaurants I am usually more forgiving with unexpected closures but this was avoidable. To whoever was in charge tonight or overall, this one star review was one you didn’t have to earn but for poor management plus a messed up...
Read moreArrived around 2pm, and went inside to get food to go. Restaurant was empty. Floor was dirty with mud and dirt and employees standing behind counter doing nothing. Ice machine didn't work although there was water dripping from it, I asked the employee for ice in two large cups and she comes back with cups not even half filled. She hands me my food with TWO items missing - again there's NO ONE dining in the restaurant and 1 car at drive thru. I ask for my fries and extra taco....
Get in the car to eat. Fries are old and stale, tacos cold and burger horrible. I fed my burger to my dog who was with me. I called the manager and explained everything I mentioned above and he asks me "do you come here often or not that much?" What? I said I live in the area, he says next time you come by, we'll take care of it for you. ???
There wasn't just one thing wrong here, it was all wrong. Dirty floors and counters, bad food and customer service, especially while the place was empty. I should've just left when I started noticing all these things but I had already paid. $14...
