Rude there were five people working only me in line the girl at the slicer literally went turtle speed cleaning off equipment wiping off counter she did change her gloves asked me what I wanted then dryly said I could tell the person making my sandwhich (I assumed she was as she was literally moving so slow) while the other three people watched well one and two were having a side conversation I got two meats got alot of one barely any of the other the guy that put my toppings on was polite I wanted a cookie but they were hard as a rock and super small I’ve legit went to three different Jersey Mikes this week this was the worst. I called and attempted to place a to go order. The girl put me on hold half way through the order and never came back to the phone. I called again and someone else answered and so I had to repeat the order. I tried to tell them what kind of sandwiches I wanted, one being only ham, mayo, and tomato, and she kept asking me what number it was on the menu. I told her I was not aware of a number and asked if they could just create a sub, and she said it depended.... Finally got the order placed and she said it would be ready in 25 minutes. Went to eat at this location and wanted to place an order at 8:45. They didn’t close until nine. At the same time that I asked they were cooking sandwiches on the grill for the employees. The young lady told me that she couldn’t fix my sandwich on the grill because they were trying to clean it. She went to ask another young man if they could fix my sandwich, and he replied, “it’s up to you.”. She then came back and stated that he said they could not fix my sandwich. She actually lied to my face because the young man did not say that. After I walked away she and a couple of employees began to laugh which I thought was very rude!!
