Updated review: 21-Aug-2023 It is high time I update my review from 2 stars to 5 and I hope this doesn't jinx anything. 🤞 I gotta say I've ordered via delivery and pick up about 3 to 4 times in about the last month and the food has been absolutely delicious!!! Everything fresh, hot and delicious. Cajun fries, juicy burgers. I love it! My son had a chicken sandwich recently and said it to be the best chicken sandwich he's had in some time. Keep up the great work BurgerFi Duluth!!!

initial review (2017): I was anticipating this location opening for some time now. I'm acquainted with the Alpharetta location and LOVED it. So I was excited to see one being built in my neck of the woods! When I was over at Willy's the week of Thanksgiving, I asked someone coming out of BurgerFi when they were going to open and was told Dec 5th. I took my fam there that weekend but they weren't open :( I'm not sure when they did open but it was at least a solid month after Dec 5th. Once I noticed they were open, I was doing a cleanse! So waited out completion of that. Anyway, finally made my way there and was extremely disappointed in the food. Well, the burgers weren't good as I remember them to be in Alpharetta. The best thing about the meal was the fries. They got one of the burgers wrong, as far as toppings/condiments. Not a huge deal, I just went up and asked for what was missing. The burgers were meh. Fountain drinks are expensive! (They do have the Coke machine with the plethora of flavors/varieties - which I love to see those these days!) So are the burgers (expensive!), which I knew from visiting the Alpharetta location a few times. So for 4 burgers, a large fry, 3 fountain drinks, and a bottled water, it was over $55.00. Now, had the flavor of the burger been deliciously amazing, I would have been okay with that price but to spend that much and be disappointed is unsatisfactory. I doubt we'll be back anytime soon (if at all). Such a shame because I was really, REALLY looking forward to having one so close! On the other hand, it may be a good thing: as maybe my waistline will stay in check without an extra fav restaurant being added to my list. For this to be a new place, everything... EVERYTHING should be superb! On a completely positive note, customer service was on point. Everyone I encountered...

I want to start by saying I'm a regular and love the vegan options. I come to BurgerFi all the time.

My most recent visit though was very unexpected. We ordered a large Cajun fry, which we do all the time, and received it and left. After driving down the road a few minutes we realized there was no Cajun seasoning, so we came back. No big deal.

We get back to BurgerFi and show that the fries aren't Cajun. The cashier says we'll go ahead and remake them, then says that we can just keep the fries we have (15 minute old fries by now and have been touched by us). When the cashier turns to ask for the remake, the kitchen is upset by this and asks if we just want cajun on the side. I said no, because it's not preferred and not how I paid for them to be made.. Plus the fries already being 15 minutes old at least.

So, the fries are remade with the kitchen being evidently unhappy with needing to remake an incorrect order. Then, someone from the back walks out to hand us our fries while simultaneously grabbing the wrong order back even though the cashier already mentioned we could keep them. We stopped her and asked if she was just going to throw them away, and she stared confused and hesitantly said yes. When we said that there's no reason to throw them away, we can take them, she opened up the bag to look at them and shook the bag to see how many fries were in the bag. We then asked again if she was going to throw them away, to which she looked back at the rest of the kitchen staff confused and replied more hesitantly "I guess so".

So we said again, we'll take them. There's no reason to throw them away.

It was pretty blatant that they were upset they had to remake the fries and it was also obvious the woman who grabbed our wrong order wasn't going to throw them away, but had other intentions. It was rude and unprofessional. Any other food service wouldn't take back an order that's left the restaurant and been touched by multiple peoples hands, just to throw it away.

Like I initially said, I go here often. I never have a problem with anything aside from a long wait or two. This, however, was ridiculous and...

The service was friendly and relatively quick. They answered my annoying white lady questions without any eye rolling. I would definitely eat here again but there are a few things that I would change. I got the VeggiFi Burger with the lettuce bun. The burger itself was very very good, but there was a lot of some kind of sauce on there that pretty much tasted like 1000 island dressing and really took away from the flavor of the Burger. I also opted to get cheese (which I normally don't eat) but aged white cheddar sounded so good. It really wasn't. It was very bland. Next time I will probably get the same thing but with sauce on the side and no cheese. My husband got the beyond Burger The way it comes and it was very good but maybe the outside could have been cooked a little longer though as all kind of soft and he felt the same way about the American cheese it was pretty flavorless. My daughter got a grilled chicken, she said the chicken was great but again there was too much sauce. She said the sauce was tasty but overpowering and took away from the flavor of the chicken.
