stood in line for over 20 minutes because there was a cashier that could barely read trying to explain coupons to a customer. then the next person asked for specific cigarettes over and over but the cashier kept grabbing the wrong ones even though the customer was even telling her the one to the left on the lower shelf. then when she finally grabbed the right one she tried to claim she had those to begin with but she didn't have those the first time she had another kind. eventually it was my turn and they didn't even ring up one of my items and just tossed it to the side. then they didn't know how to add it on to the total when i told them it was mine and i wanted it. eventually they handed me my bags and i should've known better than to walk off without checking after all the incompetence they had shown since i got in the line but i thought they couldn't possibly mess up the bagging part. well i just got home and found that i don't have all the stuff i paid for. it was an older woman with short hair named alice i think and she appeared to be training and confusing a new girl so good luck to her because if those are the lessons she's getting her time there will...
Read moreSo this is not my normal neighborhood Kroger. I was in the area and for work and I wanted to knock out the grocery list. I usually go to Mountain Park Kroger. I have a decent experience even though it was little difficult due to some different layout of the store. Manger walk past me and didn't speak. I thought that was unprofessional. But hey she's human. Maybe she had a bad day at home or work or both. I think she was more focused on closing out different departments such as the deli and bakery. The other thing I noticed was the floor looked very old and faded in color. I would go back only for one reason. The cashier Sandra that checked me out was awesome and professional. She greeted me and we had a quick and great conversation about NBA Basketball. She made me feel very appreciated as a customer. Sandra deserves some acknowledgement and appreciation from the upper management team. Everyone go to Sandra line she's nice, quick and professional. The 5 stars are for Sandra hard work and...
Read moreI had a great experience at this store today! I ran into Kroger today to grab some flowers for my mom’s birthday, and had my toddler with me. Of course without fail, I had to change his diaper after checking out haha. Well someone was in the handicap stall of the women’s restroom, which is where the changing table was. I waited patiently and held my fussy toddler, I felt so bad. Suddenly Shakeam, who was assisting customers at self check-out, came up to me & offered to let me use their employee restroom which had a changing table. I was so grateful! I was about to take him up on his offer but saw the handicap stall had just opened up. I just really appreciate his thoughtful and kindness. It is an excellent example of wonderful customer service! I hope other employees can learn from Shakeam’s stand-up behavior. If any other Moms have been there; they know, it’s a tough spot. You just want to take care of your kid. Shakeam saw my son & I struggling and was proactive. Bravo!!!!...
