Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Georgia

Ordered online and this was the store iy gave me by my address I guess. Very nad customer service. The order tracker told me my order was on the way for 45mins. I tried to call and the number was wrong and said out of service. Then I googled the number. Told the girl on the phone that I've been waiting for my order for over a hour now. She couldn't even call the seiver to see where he was. Then she told me that the order is on the way. I asked to speak to the manager and then she kept saying that the order is on the way, which this dont help me because it was saying that on the tracker for an hour now and its not here. I asked for the manager again and she told me thatI can call back and hung up. Then I gathered myself and called right back and Rico answers and said that he was the manager and still didnt give me an answer to my order and insisted that the other girl didn't hang up on me and that he instructed her to tell everyone that their order is on the way. While I'm not getting anywhere with him not knowing anything about customer service my order arrives. Then i hung up. Checking my order was wrong and I tipped them for this poor service. Bread was hard at the bottom also. This was my kids treat for lunch that they asked for and it...

I mean it's all right, if you're in a hurry or you just don't want Subway or Jersey Mike's. However the sandwich that I did get I can't remember what sandwich it was I think it was just a turkey sandwich I don't remember the number on the menu but it was really good for my first time experience in Jimmy John's however I will say I will go back and try out some more of their sandwiches or subs on their menu because I really want to try their Italian sub and compare it to some other sandwich shops like Jersey Mike's or Firehouse Subs. The customer service was spot on and I really appreciate it the help because like I said this was my first time ordering anything off of Jimmy John's menu and they were so friendly and nice. I did go on a Sunday right when they open for business everything was wiped down spotless and clean and everything looked nice and organized. One last thing if you're not a fan of Hellman's mayonnaise then I wouldn't recommend you go here but if you don't like Mayo at all...

My coworkers and I eat at this JJs at least once a week and I've never had anything but a good experience there. Today, one of the girls in the office went over there to pick up sandwiches. When she got back she was flustered and frustrated because when my sandwich was made incorrectly, the employee at the window wouldn't give her a new sandwich until she paid the 50 cent difference. The employee literally held my sandwich hostage because SHE made the order wrong.

My remade sandwich (with 50 cents worth of wheat bread!) looked like it was made by a child, the bread was squashed and it was absolutely slathered with and inedible quantity of mayo. I called and the manager sent a delivery driver to bring me a new sandwich. But because he used the ticket in the system, it was the wrong sandwich. Hopefully the cranky grouch in the window is a new employee that isn't going...
