Since the most recent change in ownership, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the food and service at this location. Two years ago, I posted a 4 star rating for this location but am no longer willing to shop with this business. Currently, the service is slow and the quality of the food is less than desired. Depending on who is in the kitchen the presentation of the food is different every time. On top of the inconsistent food, the staff is not welcoming or polite and are clearly poorly trained. I've had employees accidentally hang up on me when attempting to call-in orders and appear lost behind the cash register during pickup. Recently, I heard a more senior employee tell a new employee that she would handle all Door Dash orders because he kept messing them up. I found this to be unfortunate because unlike her at least he was polite.
In addition to the lack of customer service from the employees, my wife pointed out that since the parmesan cheese packets changed, the food began to taste bland, the pizza was poorly seasoned, the veggies were sliced differently and the sauce had no flavor. My assumption is that owner has changed suppliers to reduce cost. On one occasion, my pizza box was even water damaged and flimsy further illustrating the lack of attention to detail and quality service at this location. The impact of these factors makes ordering from this location a roll of the dice and an unenjoyable inconsistent experience which I do not...

This morning I heard a knock on my door. I thought it was my neighbor and i didn't answer because my house wasn't clean. About 20 minutes later, I leave to run some errands and I find a pizza from this restaurant on my doorstep. I decided to eat it and leave a review. In fairness, the pizza was sitting outside in the cold for 20+ minutes before I got to it. I ate one slice.
The sauce is uninspired. It tastes like a mixture of tomato paste and oregano. The crust is pretty good, it's thin and the crust has a nice crunch. The toppings are also of serviceable quality. I am, however, disappointed by the amount of (or lack of) cheese on this pizza. Most of the cheese is in a pile on the center, and even there, it's a pretty thin layer. It doesn't even go all the way to the crust, nor do the toppings. There is a ring of dried-up sauce about 2" up to the crust. This pizza will not give you the cheese pull photo you need for Instagram.
I can't offer an opinion on their prices, as again, I did not pay for this pizza.
I've given this pizza 3/5 stars, which takes into consideration the fact that it sat out in the cold for 20 minutes, and the fact that...
Read moreWhere to begin? Let’s start with completely incorrect wait times, disrespectful employees and COLD GARLIC BREAD. Apparently it takes a hour and half to cook a medium pizza and cold garlic bread. How you even give a customer a cold box when they literally say hot and ready. The local papa Johns invested in a food heater even lil ceasers so to get a cold box was a slap in the face. I didn’t pay for something I have to cook at home I want my food hot and fresh and Johnny’s did not deliver. I was not even properly greeted upon arrival and little was done to rectify my grievances. With that being sad I live in the neighborhood but would much rather eat a cold ham and cheese before I ever think about eating or ordering from this establishment again.I would not recommend this place unless you have a taste to wait and a taste for COLD GARLIC BREAD. Dominos Marcos or papa Johns would all be better options when looking for pizza In atl. Cold garlic bread and hot pizza after a hour 30 wait is unacceptable they literally made the garlic bread and a hour later my pizza for the same order. I am extremely pissed and will...
