Worst Kfc This Is The Last Time Ill Come To This Location Its Always A Issue I Constantly Have To Return To Have My Order Fixed The Management Very Poor inexperienced tonight i came to order the 10$ meal deal breast leg thigh wing after i drove all the way home and noticed he gave me two thighs and two wings i come back to correct it and asks me at the speaker Ooo You Didn’t want Dark Meat 🙄 Excuse Me Sir i want the meal how it comes and i definitely only ordered it because of the breast when he asked that question it was clear that it was a deliberate act probably didn’t want to cook it however if it wasn’t available for that reason or whatever reason you could’ve simply told me giving me wat u wanted me to have versus what I ordered and when I came back, he didn’t even have the decency to offer me a beverage or anything for the inconvenience. Come to the window smelling like weed clearly high he tells me to pull up 14 minute wait for the chicken after i sat there close to 20 he prepared another order sends some rude chunky lady out to tell me he forgot about my order and he didn’t have any wings he gave them to a car that came after mines i told him to just take a wing out of the box of chicken i had just returned which was essentially waste if im not mistaken This is not the first time with this location, But it’s definitely the last for me pathetic And KFC Definitely poor representation of...

Every time I'm go there is something ! This time they got my order wrong so I told him I did not want it and they told me they do not do refunds, I haven't even walked out of the building or touched my food and you cannot exchange my food for what I want Again I was told that they do not do refunds or exchanges.. I told him I wanted to cancel my whole order they told me they could not give me my money either .I told them I do not see any sign posted saying that it's no refunds nor that I couldn’t cancel my order ...you can't get your money back and because it will mess up her inventory...what do I have to do with that , you're not gonna give it to me my money back because it will mess up your inventory , something isn't right here . I never heard of such Where do they do this at! No refund's in KFC or food exchange.. KFC needs to do something better because that's not logical to not give someone a refund or a person don't want their food that they can't get their money back never heard of it ...don't go to KFC on a tara Bld on the corner of Flintriver &Tara Blvd Jonesboro GA ..they gave me exact Extra food and drinks so they wouldn't have to give me a refund which was stupid but if you know like I know don't go to KFC Ontario and make a mistake they're not giving you a refund or...

If you are looking professionalism or anything close to good customer service.... This is NOT the place! I've been here twice and let me just say...."Fool me once shame on me. Fool me twice shame on me.....The first time I went there it was around 8:30 pm and they didn't have any chicken because the cook had already broken down the fryer....Now, why in the world would you break down your fryers 2 hours before closing. Not to mention the staff were rude and short. Now fast forward to today....I pull up to the drive through and the teller acted as if she didn't want to be there. So we ordered two meals, one with a Pepsi and the other with a Dr. Pepper. When I pulled up to pay, I asked him which one was which, he told me he didn't know and I'd have to figure it out. I told him that was unacceptable and that he needed to tell me, so he proceeded to take off the top of the drink like he was going to taste it himself. I told him nevermind and drove off. Mind you, this was the same guy that was rude to me the previous time. These people need to take a class in hospitality! I will NOT be going back and highly suggest you...
