Burger King — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Run this was the worst experience I have ever had my food was not ready for 15 mins and then when it was ready the girl at the drive thru said she took it so I had to wait and then my chicken that was cooked was dropped on The floor smh and I guess they thought I did not hear them but since their was only myself and another customer in the lobby I heard the girl in the back tell the other girls that she was working with that she was going to pick it up and give it to me the girls in the front tried to block my view but was not able to so the young lady in the back had the light skinned lady to swap places with her and as she pretended to bend down she picked up the chicken off the floor and served it on my sandwich and by now I had been there in the lobby 25 mins by now when I asked have much longer the cashier in the front that was more worried about her phone and her going to the prom got an attitude and started throwing my food in the bag and when it was finally packed the cashier throw my food bag on the counter top and looked at me I asked her was this my order she got an attitude frowned and said yea this seemed to be a normal thing so if I was you I would run away if not check to make sure that your food was not dropped on the floor and still served to you and just in case they say this is a lie I recorded...

Please don't waste your time. I have complained to corporate about the slowness of this renovated location. No follow-up. If you go through drive thru be prepared to get flagged down by the workers hanging out of the window not wanting you to drive up so they can beat the timer or whatever the hell they are trying to accomplish. Has happened to me at least 5 times. What kind of ghetto mess is this??? Others start blowing their horns behind you because they don't understand why you will not drive up to the window. Workers get an attitude if you drive up before they ask you to. I am not about to be humiliated over some lackluster food. I guess this is a policy at this location. Drive thru can have 10-15 minute wait times. Food not always hot... it was MUCH better before the renovations. I rather sit in the Wendys line across the street. At least I know my food...

Never in my entire life had my time wasted for no reason at a fast food drive-thru. When I got there at 4:48PM, they kept saying hold on at the register letting minutes past. There wasn’t even a line! When I finally got up there to pay for my food, they had me waiting for my food and letting a line build up to wrap around the building. When I realized it was 5:18PM, I had to just ask for my refund because I spent 20 MINUTES WAITING ON FOOD. They argued amongst eachother then gave me my refund with NO explanation on why they took so long and couldn’t even afford to offer something in return of wasting my time for TWENTY MINUTES with no food. Super unprofessional, very time wasteful, annoying, and I will never be back to this location. Talk...
