Will NEVER Spend My Money Here Ever Again! I Usually Only Share Good Ratings, But The Way I Was Just Done Was Uncalled For & I'd Hate For Someone Else To Get Treat As I Was. When I Pulled Up To The Window To Pay, I Was Told Two Different Totals That Was NOT My Order. I Did Not Get A Receipt Back With My Card! Then, I Was Asked To Pull Up & I Did Without A Fuss. I Sat There Until They Cleared Their Drive-Thru & Waited. Finally, An Employee Comes Out On Their Phone, Hands Me The Bag & Says Have A Good Day, I Said Thanks, The Employee Proceeds To Look On Their Phone & Walks Away. I Look In The Bag, Pick Up The Fries That Have Been Thrown In The Bag. I Noticed There We're Only OneI Asked For Two Combos. I Had The Drinks. So I Parked My Car, Went Inside & Said To An Employee That Was Approaching Me,"I Think I'm Missing An Order Of Fries." She Looks At The Menu & I Said I Asked For A Chicken Little Combo With A Large Pepsi, The Famous Bowl Meal(As It's Advertised) With A Sweet Tea, Then, An Additional Famous Bowl By Itself, & The Employee Mouths Off To Me. "Where Do You Hear Fries At?!" Telling Me I Need To Be More Specific When Ordering My Food. I Pointed To The Menu & Said I Did Not Say I Wanted The #10 That Does Not Come With Fries, I Said The MEAL. As She Walks Off She Says She Will Give Me The Fries Then The Front Counter Employee Says I Should've Said I Wanted The Fries, I Said I Wanted The Meal As It's Shown & The Other Employee Comes Back With The Fries & Says Where Do You Hear Fries At, Exactly, & Pushes The Bag To Me With Attitude. I Asked For Her Name She Refused To Give It To Me. I Asked The Front Counter Person For Her Name & She Said She Wasn't In It. I Asked A Man That Was In The Lobby Because I Mistakenly Thought He Was An Employee. I Went Back To My Car & Grabbed The Drinks & Asked For A Refund. I Refuse To Be Treated Like Such & Spend My Money There! & For Her To Say I'll Give It To You This Time, Like If She Would Have Been Nicer; I Would Have Paid For Them, If I Was Just Told I Wasn't Charged For Them. I Had No Idea That I Wasn't Charged For Them. I Received My Drinks So I Assumed I Was Missing The Side. After The Refund Process, I Asked For The Manager To Write Down Her Name & I Asked For Them To Call Me Where I Said The Refunded Receipt. I Want Someone To Call Me. To Be So Disrespected Over Some Fries! SMH. Mark My Words, I Will NEVER Be Back & I Usually Use Them For Family Gatherings,...
Read moreWe (my son, his gf & myself) had a craving for KFC chicken & strips. As we ordered in drive thru the customer service was bad. While trying to place 3 orders we placed 2 chicken strip meals my son wanted fries and gf want mashed potatoes. As my son said he wanted a coke to drink person taking order kept hearing sprite and my son kept repeating fries. He said he wanted Pepsi as his drink. While I was wanting to place my order for the #7, I tell person taking order I want a #7 meal. She then says just the 2 orders of chicken strips? I said no I have a 3rd meal I want the #7 the 3 piece chicken. Person rudely says I know what the #7 is, she did not allow me at that moment to say #7 3 piece chicken with mash and corn drink a Pepsi. So I finally get to order my entire meal. So we proceed to the window pay for our meal. We are then given our drinks and my son asked is this sprite? Different girl answers rudely with that’s what you wanted! (Mind you they have Pepsi products so it was Starry not sprite. So then I ask do you all not have ice? She said no we don’t. My son tells girl they are kinda of flat do you all not have a different fountain to pour our drinks with? Different girl comes to window and completely answers a question that wasn’t even asked or mentioned!!! She looks at us, (remember this is a drive thru order) if you want ice you can get off and get some from the fountain in lobby. So my son gets off to get the ice. Which we shouldn’t have had to we went thru drive thru for a reason. So while my son is getting ice we notice that 1 of the orders was wrong, no problem I go in and tell them we ordered 2 chicken strip meals we only got 1 & this one is fried chicken. Girl looks at receipt and says “oh my bad, very rudely. Other girl changes it out. Ok cool we get our chicken strips go to car and my son looks at the strips, I have included a picture, they are super skinny and extremely small. So he goes back in and tells the girl the problem she fixes it by giving him 2 more strips a bit bigger to include with the ones we already had. That KFC needs better employees with way better Customer Service. The food other than...
Read moreI was refused service on September 17th at this location by a manager because he claimed I had to show him proof that my 4 pound service dog, who I was holding in my arm, was in fact a service dog. First of all, it’s illegal to not serve me because I have a service dog. It’s also illegal to demand proof that he’s a service dog unless he’s acting in a manner that is inappropriate for a service dog. Per the ADA website,
“When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.”
“A person with a disability cannot be asked to remove his service animal from the premises unless: (1) the dog is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it or (2) the dog is not housebroken. When there is a legitimate reason to ask that a service animal be removed, staff must offer the person with the disability the opportunity to obtain goods or services without the animal’s presence.”
Managers and employees of public spaces need to be trained in service dog handling according to the ADA guidelines to avoid lawsuits.
After I tried to educate the manager on what the ADA website actually says, he argued with me and said it doesn’t say that, and that he cannot serve me with my dog in my arms because of the other patrons in the restaurant. I had to leave humiliated...
