Worst customer service ever. I seldom leave reviews whether good or bad but this place definitely needed a review from me. I ordered some tacos but wanted to make sure there was no egg ingredient in their tortilla because I'm very allergic. They gave me such a hard time acting so offended and won't even let me just read the label of the packaged tortilla they use. They acted like I'm from food inspection! Mind you, they hardly speak enough English to understand what I'm even asking and the young cashier girl that did, still doesn't quite understand. Lol. And they keep speaking in their language whenever I had further questions. It was such a commotion for something so small and simple. They even charged me $3.35 for a cup of water?? Who does that?? When I had first walked in the restaurant it’s was all good perfect tables and nice customers , but when I was about to order I had saw 1 of the cashiers scratch their leg with gloves on near the cashier. Then she took my order and counted the money with the same gloves on and she was gonna start making my order without changing her gloves. Before making my order I had asked to please change them. When I had said that she had gave me an attitude and threw them away aggressively. After that my daughter wanted to buy something else but the cashier had refused to serve her because of what I said and switched her to a different person. The food flavor is great here but the burritos are also up to $14 from $9 and it’s not worth it anymore. They also do not drain the meat enough before building the burritos so they leak out and get too messy. Whoever picks up the phone as well needs to give it to someone who speaks English if the customer answers in English. Got hung up on 4 times because the woman answering couldn’t even say “hold on” or “one moment” while she got someone for English.
