Excellent Customer Service The restaurant worked with my family to host 24 guests. Setting up the reservation was easy and done through text messages. The owner responded quickly to all of our questions. Upon arrival the staff had the tables set up and decorated (we didn't ask for this). The waitress were all friendly and made sure all of our guests were taken care of.
Delicious Food Their wings (alitas con papas) are so delicious. We tried their lemon pepper and mild ones. They had such an amazing flavor. I would go back to this place to get more! They're so good! Their Chorizo Pizza is on point as well. All of our guests loved it. They have a large variation of foods. I didn't get to try a lot of it because we tried their pizza but everything looked delicious and fresh.
Cons: the restaurant has a small location so the it can be crowded and loud. Also, if you're afraid of Covid, this is not a good place to go to since none of the staff were wearing masks.
Overall great food and excellent...
Read moreThe food was great, everything was very flavorful. I bought the bean pupusa and it was good just a little over cooked. The birra ramen is bursting with flavor. That’s the first birra ramen I had that was actually spicy which I love. They give you a lot of meat in the birra ramen. My biggest problem is the service is horrible. I called Pizzachelas and a lady answered in Spanish but when I talked she realized that I’m American and I speak English. So she hung up on me in mid conversation because I assume she can’t speak English. I thought it was very rude and I didn’t like the service. I called back 4 times no answer, which is giving me the indication they are going to ignore the customer if they speak English. Great food but I’m sorry customer service needs a lot of work because I do not...
Read moreI ordered the tampiqueña—it was aight. The dish comes with bistec/cesina, rice, beans, guac, two enchiladas (one green, one mole), a jalapeño, and tortillas. The rice low-key tasted old and was slightly cold. The mole enchilada was the best thing on the plate, tbh. I also got the Jamaica, and it was solid.
My cousin ordered the birria tacos and said they were straight. He also got the tostada de tinga and said it was okay, same with the horchata. We may come back to try the pizzas, which is why we went in the first place.
What left a bad taste was that when I went up to pay, we were automatically charged gratuity—just the two of us. I understand auto-grat on large parties, but for two people? That needs to be addressed or at least clearly disclosed....
