I had the absolute worst experience at this restaurant. The “manager” and I use that term loosely, was completely rude and disrespectful to everyone who walked in. I placed my order online as well as prepaid for my food. I had my husband go to the restaurant to pick up the food, and the “manager on duty” let my husband walk out of the restaurant with an uncooked raw pizza. My husband proceeded to tell the manager on duty that the pizza was not all the way cooked. The manager’s response was to, and I quote “Sue Papa John’s because I didn’t care.” So my husband came home with the pizza and I went back to the restaurant and took it back. When I took the pizza back and said I paid for a cooked pizza and I cannot let my minor child eat this. He then said fine. I will remake the pizza, and come back in 15 to 20 minutes. I came back, the pizza still isn’t done, so I began to ask questions, and ask for his name so I can report this issue to their corporate. No one in the restaurant wanted to give me the manager’s name nor the phone number of their corporate office. I then took a picture of the manager so I could describe him later to corporate and he proceeded to tell me to leave his store and that he was not going to give me my food or a refund. So at this point, I had no choice but to call the police because this was not OK, especially since I had my child with me. The manager then proceeded to lie to the police and tell them that he gave me a refund when he did not. I called their corporate headquarters today to report the issue and I’m supposed to be getting a follow-up call about this issue. I also want to point out that when corporate did look at the ticket for the order I placed, they even stated on the phone that I was not given a refund when the “manager on duty” stated to the police officer that he gave me a refund and didn’t proving him to be a liar. On 11/18 I placed a large order. The order arrived incomplete, cold, and inedible. I completed a survey online and received a phone call in response from one of the managers. She apologized and offered me a partial refund and store credit. She explained I needed to call the store to redeem the credit when I was ready.
Today (12/10 around 2:30 pm), I called the store and was told by the manager on duty that there was no store credit on file. She was very rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. I asked if it was possible to inquire with the person that called me originally. She told me there was nothing she can do, to call corporate, and hung up. I called back 3 times. 2 times I was put on hold and then they hung up. The 3rd time they answered and when I asked for the manager on duty’s name I was placed on hold again and they hung up again.
As a result, I went to the store in person and the cashier said the manager on duty was Jasmine and her boss’s name was Camille. Read moreI placed an order on papa John's app which estimated 21-31 min. An hour later, I checked their PapaTracker, and they hadn't even started with creating the order yet. So I called them, and gave the order number. At first they couldn't find it, until after I gave them my confirmation number and then my phone number. Then they said it'd be a while before they could get it delivered, as they didn't have any drivers that night. I offered to go pick it up instead, to which they said I'd have to cancel it, and reorder, and it'd take them another hour to hour and a half to make it. I promptly cancelled the order, and ordered Domino's instead. I tried leaving feedback on papa John's website, but I couldn't get that to select any stores in my area, so I am leaving a review here. And from the time I submitted the domino's order to the time I submitted this feedback, it has already arrived.
