The service at this location is poor at best, the staff was rude and very unprofessional. I called to place an order at 5:00 pm on 9/12/20 for 8 pizzas to be picked up late as possible. I had 20 Boy Scouts at a Lock in expecting Pizza for late night snacking. I was told it would be best to place the order online as it would allow me to choose a pick up time. I signed in online and placed the order and paid for it. Around 7:30 I called the location again to ensure they had the order and to confirm that a 10:30 pick up time was ok since they close at 11:00. I was told it would be ready and to be sure I was there at 10:30. I arrived a few minutes before 10:30 and they couldn’t find anything about the order. I pulled up the order and confirmation on my phone and presented it. The girl at the front counter went to the back and got a young man. He came up, looked at stuff on screen of register and said he would have to figure out how to give me a refund that they couldn’t make any more pizzas as they were closing. I explained my situation and that I would wait but that’s a I really needed the pizza not a refund. He never said a word, and walked to the back to speak with another young man. I sat down and waited and while waiting 2 other people came in, ordered and got their pizza. I went back to the counter and the young lady said they were trying to find the order. I told her what was on the order and she said it would be ready in about 20-30 minutes and asked if a I could wait in the car. While waiting I see 2 more people enter and order and they wait inside. I decided I should go back in and do so to once again be told they can’t make the pizzas because they are about to close. When I ask how they were able to make pizzas for other customers they didn’t respond at all, just walked off to the back. Meanwhile the girl has left and there are two young men Cleaning up. The finish the 2 pizzas for the guest in the store and they leave. I ask them would they please refund my money as they obviously have no intentions of of making the pizzas. No response. The taller of the two employees is walking around on the phone with whatnot I assume is the manager stating that’s I came in at closing and was being ridiculous and would not leave. He said he had tried to explain to me why they couldn’t make the pizzas. However, it was quite the opposite they never explained anything and mostly just walked off with no conversation. They said I would have to come back in Monday for a refund as they couldn’t open the register, even though I had just witnessed them open it and count the money 10 minutes before. They were walking around with their pants sagging below their underwear, constantly pulling them up, no gloves, mask around their necks like a choker. The counters and the floor were dirty. I realized they were not going to do anything as they walked off to the back and refused to answer my questions or give me my money. By this time it was nearly 11:30, the shopping center was nearly empty and it was dark as all locations were closed. I decided to leave for my own safety, but was robbed because I didn’t get the pizza...
Read moreSo apparently Little Cesar’s (at least this one) believes that at 10pm they are supposed to be out the door and otw home. At least according to the two employees tonight that told me and then another lady trying to get our Hot n Readys at 9:45- that it takes time to clean up so they don’t serve after 9:40🤔So what’s the purpose of a sign that list business hours until 10 pm?! Just so people can look it up drive over wasting gas money and watch them clean up for 20 mins??? I’ve worked many places. You clean up after the store closes. Business hours are posted for a reason, so customers can plan accordingly. The part that I found exceptionally aggravating was the part how they explained it like it was common practice and we just clearly must not have understood that restaurants must be cleaned before they could go home… I mean duh, still not a reason guys. In fairness the girl was new. The manager could have said I am short staffed need to train, if that was the issue, but acting like it was normal policy (and hopefully it won’t be) is...
Read moreThis place used to be great. The employees were so nice you would think they worked at Chick-fil-A. Had employees that worked there for years and still remembered my name even if I hadn’t been there in months. Then one day everybody was gone and since then it has been terrible. Went in once and the computers didn’t work and I asked the lady at the counter if I could still pay cash for something that was already made. She just pointed at a sign that said the computers were down and just smacked on her gum without saying a word. Another time they got mad at me for paying with a $20 bill and told me I was taking all there money. Went in today for a lunch combo which is supposed to be hot-in-ready and had to wait for over 15 min. Every experience since the management change has been terrible. Will not be going back. Their health score was only 83 which is not...
