I eat at this subway, 7951 villa rica hwy #115 dallas ga, all the time and I order the same sandwich made the same way each time. A few days ago I sent my partner to order my sandwich and the sandwich maker put vinegar on the sandwich when she requested not to. The sandwich maker offered the remake the sandwich but I chose to take the sandwich anyway. I guess the maker got distracted and just wrapped the sandwich and forgot the other ingredients. We called to speak to the manager to complain about the sandwich and they wanted me to bring the sandwich back to the store for it to be remade. Now I'm diabetic so I just chose to eat the sandwich the way it was and let it go. Today, Aug 3rd 2018, I sent my partner to order the same sandwich and the manager refused to take her order and asked her to leave the store and to not come back with no explanation. How embarrassing is that? How unprofessional is that? Is it because our race? Customers complain all the time and of course when u are upset u may get a little aggressive. I am a manager myself and u don't refuse service unless u feel threatened or there is a disturbance to your employees. This manager was a slap in the face because I am very passionate about customer service and handling objections and solving problems to satisfy the customer. Without the customer, we are unemployed. The girls did not believe me that worked there, even smiled and giggled at me, they made a comment about "maybe I shouldn't have eaten the whole thing" (bc I was on my last couple bites) is why they wouldn't refund it. Then before I had even walked away, they went to the back and outwardly talked about me and laughed at me (loud enough for everyone to hear) in front of a store full of people. It was embarrassing and she didn't even say sorry. She told me I could just talk to her manager tomorrow. Emailed corporate because you can't just talk to someone and I got an automated response. Read moreSubmitted an online order today, was supposed to be ready at 1:35, arrived at 1:50 my order was not ready. Kristin was the only one working. She waited on two people that walked in after I did before she finished my order. It was after 2pm before my order was ready. So 30 minutes late. She gave me free cookies, which was nice but still if I place an order online I would appreciate it being ready at least close to the time, not 30 minutes later. When I got home also my sandwich that was supposed to be double meat, was not so I paid for double meat and did not receive it. This subway needs more help or they should not take online orders.
