WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Georgia

Is this a front for something else??? The food was excellent that’s why I gave two stars. The young woman taking my order interrupted me sounding annoyed that she couldn’t hear me as I was reading the flavors and it annoyed me. So, in the waiting time for our food (which was a bit quicker than she said which was great), I then went around the corner to use the bathroom and the employee entrance door was open as two cackling women stood their in the way chit chatting with an employee and I said excuse me and made my way to the bathroom and someone said OH WERE JUST HERE TALKING ABOUT HER BABY. Then I came out sat down we waited but the whole time the three women were yelling and talking very loudly. I now know the skinny guy who works there just lost some weight, one of them worked at UPS, and one said she had to go do something and if it didn’t go her way she would just off herself🙄. The two cracky looking women left and then three separate people came in two asking for a “Becky” and they were told she already left so they turned and left. The guy who was alone and came in right after them asked for someone else who had already left and he left. (This is why I’m wondering what ALL WNB is selling at this location?) 3 separate people come in, look for a specific and then all leave with ZERO purchases, just seems odd. I have ordered takeout from WNB Factory a few times now and it is now a place I crave every so often. We regularly get the teriyaki burger and the fried rice is to die for. The mozzarella sticks are really good too. It seems weird to me that a burger and wing place serves my favorite fried rice. The cheesesteak was a little salty for me and the shrimp po-boy was average. The taste of the fried rice and burger make up for the rest. I am usually one to find my favorite dish and stick to it.

I have to say I've had mixed experiences with the staff. It seems the younger they are, the service leaves something to be desired. They just seem like they think they are doing the world a favor by showing up to work. That said, I did experience very friendly service the first time I tried WNB Factory.

If you decide to order, it is best to call ahead because the food is a little slow to be ready. I sat in the store for a half hour or so after ordering ahead one time. I usually allow a little extra time for cook to order food, but I don't live close to the place and I still had to wait that long after a pretty lengthy drive for takeout food. Like others, I watched people come in to order and leave with their food. It was ready just before I walked out.

UPDATE 9/14/25 - It took me 5 months to get the courage to try this place again, after my last experience. MUCH better. Ordered 10 wings and a small onion ring online. I live about 10 minutes away and when I arrived the order was ready and there was a nice young lady who served me. The wings were crispy, which I like, and the onion rings were tasty. Not sure they are scratch made but they were good. At least a 4 star experience this time. It's football season so I'll definitely be back. *UPDATE: The owner reached out to me, which I very much appreciated. I'll give them another try another day. My previous visits were terrific. Might have been a misunderstanding this time. They thought I wanted to cancel my order when all I wanted was for them to warm it up after sitting out for 15+ minutes. It they provide the service I've had in the past I will update my review with a higher star rating. Ordered online. Been here 4 previous times after moving here 7 months ago. Got to the restaurant and there were at least 6 workers in the back laughing. Never entered the front until I yelled HEY. Gal said your order is ready. It was sitting for 15 minutes.
