Pizza was great, I came in at about 8pm so my expectations weren't to high. Might end up with a leftover pie made around 5 from the dinner rush. I pulled up to the drive through. I sat there for about 5 minutes and watched as there was No activity between the vehicle and the window. Then I saw the lady in the car look at me through the mirror and then look away. I waited another 3 minutes or so and then reversed to get out of the line and walk in. As I came in I noticed two other woman sitting down talking and No one at the counter. I stood there and realized that in some way these woman were connected to the lady that didn't feel the need to move at the drive through. None of them had a pizza and clearly weren't waiting on one. I came to this conclusion as I looked back and caught the woman smirking as she was pointing to where I was in line. Finally a young lady came to the counter and in a jiffy had my pizza out of the warmer and into my hands. I also noticed that there were several pizzas in the warmer, so it looked like they had just got done prepping the late dinner pizzas. So im not dinging the pizza or the cashier. However, whoever was in the drive through and how ever they are connected to whoever was in charge that evening, were Mega Rude. I definitely picked up a Huge Whiff of Rascim and I don't appreciate it. Some People aren't Stupid and can pick up on a situation by observing the Surroundings and the timeline of events in association with the outcome. They thought it was Cute that I had to park my car and Walk in and Stand there while they snarked. It's cool, Kharma doesn't...
Read moreI've been to this store like 3 times in the past month and it's a bad experience everytime, first time with the hot n ready 3 meat from 4 to 8pm, go at 425 and they haven't made any yet, told it would be 20 plus minutes, I've never had to wait longer than 10 to 12 minutes. Second time was just for a hot n ready pepperoni, of course none ready told 20 plus minute wait, with no cars and Noone inside. Then today for a hot n ready cheese, told a 35 plus minute wait, they say they have alot of online orders and they take priority over in person customers. Why call it hot n ready all day but never have any hot n ready to sell, so over this place, whoever is new running this store is failing miserably. Ok so let's add on to this, here it is 6/24 and well you guessed it, another attempt to get a pizza at 430 on the way home, was told there was nothing ready and would have to wait 15 min, if you can't accommodate the area then shut down and move, it really is ridiculous that u can't get a $5 pizza that is now...
Read moreI used to come home via the other side of Buford and would regularly pick up a Hot N Ready or two at the other location. One day, the cashier clued me in that I could get any one ingredient, so long as I was willing to wait for it (assuming that I wanted an ingredient other than pepperoni). When this location opened up almost in our backyard, I was thrilled and made a pizza run. I asked for one with mushrooms and one with onion. It rang up higher than I expected, so I checked the receipt and found that I was charged not the usual $5 for a HnR, but $6. I asked to speak with the manager and the assistant manager was very nice and said that he'd adjust it this once, but that $1 extra for anything other than pepperoni was their policy. I informed him of their competitor not doing so and he said that he'd relay my concern to the owner. I've not been back since. (I explained what happened to the owner of the other location and he was pleased to have...
