Lovejoy Wings Cafe — Restaurant in Georgia

We tried this wing spot abt a year and a half ago and although I recall the wings being good, I wasn't a fan of all the chicken "hairs" that were on my food. We tried them again and that time I actually found FEATHERS! I was done after that lol.... fast forward to last weekend. Hubby wanted wings and rice and I was driving past there on the way home so I called in an order (totally forgetting why I hadn't been there in over a year) and picked it up otw home. Yall, it was SO GOOD! Hubby reminded me why we didn't frequent them before we ate and I had a flashback to finding the feathers lol but I was pleasantly surprised. Food was seasoned good, even the rice! Ill definitely return. Staff was friendly and efficient too but i took a star due to the long wait for my food. I was told 10/15 mins when I called. Got there around 12 mins later and still waited abt 20 mins. Next time I know to not be...

I am in the parking lot right now LITERALLY sobbing over a 10pc garlic pepper wings with fried rice. I used to live nearby and would pickup wings at least twice a week. My heart nearly pounded out of my chest when I walked in to pick up my order. What an incredible smell. This tastes better than I ever remembered. The best fried rice I have ever had, and I am a junkie of oriental cuisine. The wings... perfection. This might be the happiest I've been since CoVid-19 came around. Forget all the award winning places near where I live. Now that I have once again tasted heaven, I will be driving 45+ minutes from my country club subdivision to Lovejoy for my wings and fried rice. PLEASE make sure you TIP when you pick your order up!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was horrible the girls tonight had horrible attitudes,I placed my order on the phone got there about 20 minutes later to find out they hadn’t even started it so we had to wait another 20 minutes in the store then I was informed they didn’t have the food I wanted until 10 minutes of me waiting and after I paid, I got the nuggets instead and I asked for them to be tossed in hot sauce but they tried to give them to me plain, then to top it all off they tried charging me 50 cents for a pack of ranch when I have been coming here for a while and I had never been charged for a ranch pack. I used to love this place but this is the last time...
