I called to place an order for delivery at 6:53 PM on December 21, 2016 . I was told for my delivery it will be 40 minutes. I called back at 7:06 to ask where is our food and I was told now the wait time is an hour and 40 minutes with no estimated time of arrival him. I also told him I was told 40 minutes when I initially called but he couldn't give me a time of when my food would deliver. I then asked for the manager The gentleman on the phone told me he was the manager. I asked for his name and he told me he did not have to give me his name and he wouldn't. My mother than decided to drive up there because of how rude he was because he would not give us his name all he kept saying was that he was the manager. She arrives there and he still wouldn't give his name one of the team members gave his name as Chavez (maybe spelling the name incorrectly). After a few minutes of conversation he finally decided to give up his name and understood the aspect of what rude customer service does to his business. However he then calls my phone (Since I placed the order and paid for it with my own card. ) to ask to speak to my mother. I advised him I am no longer at her house but since I paid with the card what is going on. Verbatim his reply was I don't care I call to speak to your mother so can I have her information. Correct me if I'm wrong but I paid with my debit card my name on the order my phone number and that's the reply that I get ? I am highly disappointed with them because if you pull order history by phone numbers our household has eaten there are numerous of times and to be treated and spoken to the way he speaks is disheartening. As many times as we have eaten there we as a family will never eat there again . The fact that we had to drive after placed an order for delivery just to see him in person because he would not give us his name and then to call my phone and states that he didn't care he called to speak to my mother just shows the lack of professionalism that he has. The customer service at this place is deplorable. Yesterday I placed an order online and received a notification that my order was ready. When I went to pick up my order, the little guy told me that it was going to be 5 more minutes. After the 5 or so minutes passed, I go back in a second time just to be told it'll be 10 more minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes for 2 pizzas, and I went back up to the counter to see what the holdup was. Little man told me that the order was "overlooked" and that it would be 10 more minutes for my order. I didn't mind this as I am a very patient and understanding person - but the unprofessional behavior that followed was dangerous and unacceptable. In my experience, most customer service places like this offer their customers an item or a discount for waiting for extended periods of time. When I asked the arrogant little man behind the counter, he proceeded to laugh it off and explain to me that they didn't even have to be open - as if he was doing ME a favor for being there. He offers to cancel my order which I do not want because I waited for 40 minutes for 2 overcooked pizzas. He proceeds to try to snatch the pizzas from me and told me to give them back. I don't comply and walk out with the food that I paid for. This guy then proceeds to follow me to my car in a hilariously failed attempt at intimidation. This behavior is unacceptable and I will not be spending another dime at this establishment. Also when I asked for his name, he responded that he does not have to tell me. Marco's needs to be aware that they have this type of trash working for them and representing their brand.

Read moreCalled right after pizza was delivered to say either the wrong pizza was delivered or they made the wrong pizza. The person took down the information and said another pizza would be made and he would tell the driver. We waited another 30 minutes and called again and the gentleman (a different person from first time) on the phone argued with me that they had not made any mistakes on any orders. I mean seriously, how would you know that. I told him I could show him all 3 pizzas to compare to our order and see there was a mistake. I asked for the manager and he said they were not there. I said they needed to call me back. They did call back and this time it was the first gentleman that I spoke to who acknowledged the mistake and they sent a new pizza right away. Although I am happy about that, I had asked if I was going to receive any credit or a refund and was told to speak to the driver. I spoke to the driver and he said he couldn't do anything and he would talk to them back at the store. Talk about passing the buck around. Now here I sit waiting to see if they are actually going to take responsibility and do the right thing. The fact that the one gentleman actually argued with me is still unbelievable to me. We have been ordering from this site for many years and know it had changed hands within the last few years and we were happy about that until now. This will sit with me...
