Marlow's Tavern — Restaurant in Georgia

I’ve been going to Marlows for 10 years now. I used to go to the one in Johnson Ferry. Always loved the place and my favorite tavern to go to. I was stoked that they were opening even closer to me in Sandy Plains. The last two times I came was very disappointing. I usually don’t write reviews but it was really upsetting. The last time we went was last night and I understand that we came around 8:15 and it was last call for orders but the way it was layout to me and my family that we had to put in our order but with a attitude and we understand employees may had a long day but with any business you still would have to service like it’s the first customer in the day. My family owns multiple business one being with offering customers service we know how it should be. We also ask for a sauce on a dish that we always order but it was missing the sauce the employees keep insisting that it was in the dish when we said it’s not they brought the sauce on the side and it still wasn’t the sauce and we try to explain to them that it comes with two types of sauce and it was missing one of them. On top if that the dish was soggy like it has been sitting out for awhile. The previous time the foot was fine it was the customer service that was horrible attitude like we were inconvenient when we didn’t even ask for anything extra maybe for drinks it’s just the attitude with response out no where. Like I said I’ve been going to Marlows Tavern for 10 years now maybe even longer. I even memorize the menu and also the previous dishes in the menus they had which was also awesome. I had the worst experience at this restaurant today! I was wondering if they changed management because my previous review was 5 stars! I ordered fish tacos and the fish was so smelly and stinky that the people at the end of the bar remarked about it and I had to send it back! I tried to eat the fried okra and it wasn't prepared properly so the breading was falling off. (picture attached) So I ordered the grilled chicken salad which is supposed to have grilled chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, tortilla strips amongst many other things. It took forever to get my "salad' and it came out as moist lettuce with some black beans thrown in and a dry part of a chicken breast on top. The Bartender agreed that it was not right. I ordered a burger to go for my son and the cook, Ernesto, put in on to cook and "went in the back." While I was waiting on my burger, a woman who did not introduce herself came over to me to ask me to explain why I sent my food back and argue with me about it. They all stood around talking to the health inspector and no one gave a rip about me except the bartender the whole time I was there! The girl did not apologize or offer anything for my having to go through that. She questioned me as to the validity of my statements about the lettuce with the uncut up chicken on it! Normally I don't take the time to do this but I always count on reviews when I go places so here goes. Visited this location several weeks ago while out running errrands (not close to home). Sat at the bar and service was great, food was great. Went there last night and let me say this...food was okay but not great, service was also not so great. We ordered the hummus dip and cheese straws. Cheese straws were stale...dip was good but the pita bread had so much spice on them it was overbearing. I've had this dish several times at other locations and never had this problem. I had to wait 10 minutes on a glass of wine because there were no wine glasses clean. Both bartenders were extremely backed up on glassware so their attentiveness to service was terrible. After ordering our appetizer we could not get the bartenders attention to order our other food because they were so busy cleaning up. Our glasses sat empty for a good 15 minutes more. We would have ordered more food and drinks but finally gave up on waiting and just paid our tab and left. We tipped accordingly but the bartenders would have made much more if they had just paid attention to us. I think we will stick to other Marlow's locations from...
