I’ve gotta say, I don’t complain a lot. Usually I just move on with my life and forget about poor customer service experiences, but today I just had to speak my mind about the consistent poor service I receive from the same person every week. So every week I buy my staff breakfast which usually runs between $90-$100 each week. I had been going to the Martins on Canton Rd and the lady over there was always so nice, she remembered me every week and always made it a pleasant experience. I believe y’all may wanna consider sending Miranda over to that store so she can see what good customer service should look like. Since I’ve been going to this location, I have been made to feel like my business is a total inconvenience for Miranda. The first time I ordered here I decided to go inside and Miranda helped me and I know I get larger orders than most, but she just seemed annoyed by my order. I didn’t say anything, I just went about my day. I’ve gone here a couple of other times and there was a gentleman at the drive thru and he was very nice. So today I go to get place my order and mid way through my order Miranda cuts me off and proceeds to tell me that I really need to call my orders in rather than go through the drive thru. I get what she’s saying but the way she said it was just very matter of fact and rude how she approached the matter. I consistently spend about $400 a month here, but after the poor service from Miranda has me feeling like my business is not appreciated so I will take our weekly order somewhere that doesn’t make me feel like I’m such an...

Many times, I have stopped in here for great breakfast food. Today, I stopped by for their chicken sandwich with bacon, tomato, cheese, lettuce, and mayo. Forgive me, I can't remember what they call this sandwich. I love chicken this is my favorite from their large menu. Of course, I had to have a large half and half tea to go with it. My choice today was their onion rings instead of fries with this combo. Every bite was just what I expected.
Many times in the past, I have had issues at this location. Long lines in the drive-through, not able to clearly hear what they were saying over the speaker, employees that clearly did not want to be there and I would arrive home to find the order messed up, again.

Read moreThe ladies at the drive thru today, 9-16-23 at 2pm were very rude. When we received our order, I looked in the bag and realized we got one small hashbrown and one large hashbrown, when we ordered two large. We were very understanding and told the lady that we were missing one hashbrown patty. She said alright and went to the freezer and grabbed the hashbrowns out with her bare hands and dropped them in the fryer. Another lady came to the window and proceeded to argue with me about what we ordered. If it was put in as a mistake we were more than happy to pay for another small hashbrown but the lady was being so rude and said “fine then just pull up.” You would expect if you’re nice to others they would be nice back. Not sure if they were having a bad morning but that doesn’t excuse being rude to customers about YOUR mistake and then handling food with your bare hands. It’s disgusting.
